Asparagus on cookie sheet w extra virgin #oliveoil salt n pepper, 10-20 min in oven until tender crisp. (I do mine from frozen so about 20, fresh about 10)
#Chickenbreasts in skillet w salt n pepper, 2 TBS real butter, 3 garlic cloves minced. Cook on low heat.
In blender put 1 lemon, 4oz chicken broth, 2TBS Dijon mustard n blend (I do #7 on vitamix) add to skillet.
Take a few #prosciutto slices and cover the chicken (about 2-3 slices over each), then cover w sliced #mozerella, cover n continue following till cheese melted.
