Laurie Delk Radecki has been a web and graphic artist, and a sales, branding and marketing consultant since 1993.

She has built and maintained thousands of websites as well as helping to completely rebrand many clients.

She is a best selling author of two books “Keep Those Clients” and “We All Have Choices”.

She owns two nonprofits “Wonderful Widowed Women” and “Cops Wives” and cofounded “Gratitude Girls.”

She has been traveling and speaking all over the world helping to Empower Women to walk in the shoes that God gave them.

It is important that you set your goals and begin your business with the utmost tenacity. Ours is a business of excitement, hard work, and personal pacing. In short, you know what you want, when you want it, put it in front of you and go after it. Use our systems, use our tools, bring to the table the things that have proven to be successful for you.

I work with many people in Direct Sales, if you are in that, the BIGGEST thing you can do  – for yourself to learn, and get people in your downline – is GET on the conference calls – get on as many training calls as you can. Listen to the opportunity calls – so you can learn to make calls yourself as you have the time – and know how to answer questions when they arise. Are you getting on the conference calls? Get on the training calls MOST, but also the product calls – so you know what you are talking about – :o)

I personally try to be on EVERY call they have – because different people ask questions – and you get to know more and more – and the MORE you HEAR it, the MORE comfortable you will be TALKING it

I teach people that I coach and train, that are in my inner circle, that are in my small coaching groups – get on every call you can! Even if you don’t have questions, you may hear someone else ask a question, that will help you.

Remember, people buy people – not websites!

Build relationships, build trust, build rapor with people. Build with integrity, one small lapse in that can ruin in an instant all the years you worked to build. Be honest. If you make a mistake, own up to it.

Then make sure they remember you! Keep in touch! Texting, emails, social media, blog, newsletter, greeting cards, gifts, phone, in person, video calls, etc. All are ways to keep in touch! Do not just use one avenue, implement all, so you are touching your prospects, clients and customers at least once a month. Every month that you don’t *touch* a client – you lose 10% of your influence with them.

There’s only one way to fail in this business or anything, and that’s to quit.

Keep on talking to people about your business, about your opportunity, how you can help them, and watch your business and numbers explode!
