Network Marketing

5 tips for starting the New Year off right in your Business

Laurie’ s Lessons 1-1-24 5 Tips To Start The New Year In Your Business right

  1. 1. Reignite and Refocus:
  • Reflect & Review: Take a moment to evaluate your past year’s performance. What worked well? What could be improved? Analyze your top sellers, most engaged leads, and successful marketing strategies. Identify areas for growth and set SMART goals for the new year.
  • Recommit & Reenergize: Reconnect with your “why” – what motivated you to start your network marketing journey? This passion will fuel your drive and focus as you tackle new challenges in the year ahead.
  1. Sharpen Your Tools:
  • Revamp Your Brand: Assess your website, social media presence, and marketing materials. Is your brand messaging still impactful and aligned with your goals? Consider freshening up your visuals, refining your value proposition, and ensuring everything reflects your professional and passionate approach.
  • Embrace New Technologies: Explore new tools and platforms that can streamline your business operations, enhance communication, and boost your marketing reach. Utilize automation systems, social media scheduling tools, or analytics platforms to work smarter, not harder.
  1. Strengthen Your Network:
  • Reactivate Relationships: Reconnect with past leads, team members, and customers who may have fallen off the radar. Show appreciation for their previous engagement and offer valuable updates or reintroduce your products/services.
  • Expand Your Reach: Step outside your comfort zone and actively network in new spaces. Attend industry events, join online communities, or collaborate with complementary businesses to attract fresh leads and potential partners.
  1. Prioritize Value and Education:
  • Become a Product Expert: Deepen your knowledge of your products or services. Attend company trainings, participate in webinars, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations. This expertise will empower you to confidently answer questions, address concerns, and showcase the true value you offer.
  • Focus on Education and Support: Don’t just sell, educate and empower your team and leads. Share valuable tips, product tutorials, success stories, and motivational resources. Building trust and fostering personal growth within your network will lead to stronger long-term relationships and loyalty.
  1. Celebrate and Adapt:
  • Recognize Milestones: Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Acknowledge your team’s successes and milestones to keep everyone motivated and engaged.
  • Embrace Continuous Improvement: Be open to learning and adapting. Monitor your progress, analyze results, and adjust your strategies as needed. Don’t be afraid to experiment with new approaches and embrace flexibility to navigate evolving market conditions.

Remember, success in network marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. By following these tips and staying committed to your goals, you can set yourself up for a thriving and rewarding year ahead.

5 tips for building your Network Marketing Business

Hey, everyone! Good evening. This is Laurie Delk Radecki. And I’m gonna talk to you tonight. This is what I call my Laurie’s lessons, and I’m gonna talk to you tonight about 5 tips for building in your network marketing business.

And so one thing I always say is, define your niche and your target market so like, before promoting your products or your service.
determine what niche – who you want to reach. Right? So like a lot of people say, Oh, I want to reach anybody that has skin, that I can put a patch on right, and you can do that literally. You can do that. But when you determine what niche you want to market to, because you like my friend Kari, she has a sister that has had amazing results with the patches. And of course she has, too.
But that’s one of her niches as she goes after people with the the in the niche of the same issues that her sister has.
and so she can still market to everybody else in the world, too. But that’s just one of her specific niches. So think about that of different people that you want to reach out to different people that you connect with, or different people, that you are. That you work with that, you network with
different groups, you’re in different hobbies. You have things like that where you can target. Do a target of certain people. This helps you to tailor your approach and helps your messaging to resonate with those specific audiences, and that makes your efforts more effective.
And another thing is to build and develop a strong personal brand. So people buy from those they know, like trust.
And remember. So everybody has said that for years of no like and trust. But I add, remember to that, because if they don’t remember you when it comes time for them to make a buying decision, or they need your product or your service.
Then it doesn’t matter right? They’re gonna go Google for somebody else. And whoever comes up
in the search engine, that’s who they’re gonna end up signing up with right? So you want to build your personal brand
online and offline. But through your authentic interactions, right? Because there’s lots of people that sell and do, or promote or do the same service, or anything of what you do.
So why should people buy from you? Right? People buy more you now. They might want your product, but they’re gonna buy into you like. Otherwise they could buy from any other rep in the same company right? So showcase your expertise, share your passion, and why you love it. That helps establish that trust. That also helps you to attract potential customers and even other collaborators.
And then you also wanna focus on creating value. And so if people don’t see the value, you know, they’re not gonna sign up right? So you want them to see the value, create the value instead of solely focusing just on your sales.

prioritize and provide valuable content, provide resources and support to your network. That’s why one of the reasons why I do these team trainings. That’s why we have private Facebook group for our team. I have a private email list for our team.
I text people on our team because I provide extra support that some other teams might not offer or in different ways right? So I always try to do these trainings every week, and then my sponsor has different trainings in his group, and so those together can help you
go and enroll faster and help you build.

and it also involves, you know, educational webinars. We do different hosting, different QA. Sessions we share informative, you know, blog posts, social media content you can use. That’s that’s compliant by consistently adding value. You build that trust and that loyalty which leads to organic growth.

And then you also want to leverage the power of social media. So in this day and age, if you’re not on social media like, they say you’re missing out. You need to leverage the power of social media. So you know a lot of people. Some people say, you know that they don’t wanna be on social media or whatever, and that’s your choice. But if you wanna build
and you don’t, you know, if you go out to networking all the time in person. Then that’s great. You can build that way. We have lots of people doing that way. You can go out to different events, and you can have boosts, and you can build that way, too. But you can also build on social media, and that’s so easy because you could do it in minutes a day, just by connecting with people and adding to people.

So we do lots of training on that and our team. But you wanna utilize the different social media platforms to connect with your target audiences. You want to share engaging content. And you want to build relationships with people. The same thing. You don’t wanna just post and spam and post and spam because people are gonna unfollow. You.

right? You want to build those relationships with people you want to connect with people. Then you can also, if you want, you can run targeted ads to pay for them. If you want to, you can participate in different relevant groups and discussions join groups where you have
different hobbies join where you have different likes, you know. Like I’m in some widows groups. I’m in some cops, wives groups those from long time ago. I’m in networking groups. I’m in homeschool mom groups because I homeschooled my kids.

So there’s lots of different groups that you can join. I’m in web and graphics, design and branding and marketing groups because I’ve done that for 30 years. So join different groups where you have different hobbies or habits, or likes, or things that you’d love to do

and utilize your social media stories for authentic and real time engagement, so like you’ll see on my pages if you follow me. On the social media. It’s
just the Lori Delk on all the different channels. You’ll see my name is listed as Laurie Delci since I got remarried a few years ago. But but the chain, the actual channels I didn’t change, and so but that’s it. You build those and you build those up, and then you
provide that valuable content and being authentic like. If you go to my page. I might post things about the business, but I’m also posting things about my grandkids, about my kids, about my dog, about my cat, about the house. You know all different kinds of things, things, places. We go out to dinner, you know. You want to
connect with people
with what you do, because people want to connect with you. Right? So it’s just like like having your coffee shop, you know, conversations, but online.
and then always be consistent and be persistent. So building a successful network marketing business requires time, effort, and consistent action like you can’t just plan to, you know. Say, oh, I’m gonna build this, and then expect to be, you know, making $5,000 a week, you know, in a week, right? Or in a month. Right? You have to. You know, some people might be able to do that much.
but that’s not normal, right? And so you can get there and you can get there very quickly. But you have to be patient. You have to be persistent, and you have to be committed to your long term goals. It doesn’t mean that you have to be aggravating to people, or scammy, or spammy, or pushy, but just, persistent, and consistent, and be patient and follow up.
track your progress, analyze what works, adapt your strategies to ensure that continuous growth and improvement.

and then also embrace technology, use the different various online tools and resources to automate your tasks, right, manage your network track, your progress. This frees up your time to focus on building relationships and engaging with your audiences. Right? So
I use lots of different things. You know. II use

I mean everything on the computer. You know. I use excel or numbers with Mac. To keep track of things and to chart things. I use an email list to keep in touch with my team as well as my customers and my prospects.
I use all the different social media channels. I use the send out cards to send out cards to my team, and as well as to my prospects to give them more information and give them different things and different tips on different ideas.
And I use like, I said, the social media channels. You can post on different ones. Some, you know, some like the Instagram versus Facebook versus Linkedin. And I’m not gonna go into that social media training because we’ve got some other trainings on that, but go into those different ones and check those out. You can find the different ones.
And find our other trainings also on my Youtube and in my Facebook group for my team, you can find those and look those up and watch those as well. So
thanks everyone for being on, and I hope these tips quick tips helped you, and I’ll see you next time. Thanks so much. Everyone have a good night.

Tips for your network marketing business

Hey, everyone, this is Laurie Delk Radecki And tonight I’m gonna talk to you about some tips in your network marketing business. And so it can be in any business, no matter what you’re in. And so I’m just gonna give you a few tips. I have a whole lot. But I’m just gonna give you a few tonight. So

one of the first ones is, take your selling seriously. When you begin a network marketing, you know, you invest in your products. And you want to be a product of the product. So find a company that you can align yourself with that. You’re gonna believe in the products. You’re gonna use the products or service, whichever that is.

But you’re gonna invest your time, you’re gonna invest your effort. You’re gonna invest your genuine care. And but you need to be a product of the product. Don’t ever join something just because of how much money you can make or whatever cause. Then that’s not gonna work. You need to love the product. You need to love the service. You need to love the company

all that together, whatever that is, you need to be in love with the product just like, you know the old Kirby salesman. Right? If you weren’t, if you didn’t own a Kirby, but you were selling them. That doesn’t make any sense right? You need to sell, and you need to be aligned with something that you totally believe in.
And then next, you want to
always treat people with respect, so you might reach out to your friends and your family, and most companies tell you to do that reach out to your friends and family and share it with them, and there’s nothing wrong with that. And I know some companies now try to say, Oh, don’t do that. Well, if you really love your product.

and you really think it can help people. then, if you don’t share it with your family and friends, you’re doing them a disservice. If you really think
truly, believe that your product or service is helpful.

then, if you don’t share it with your family and friends. When they find out, what are they gonna say to you? They’re gonna say, why didn’t you tell me about that? Right?
So you need to tell people. But you still need to respect them. Right? So if they’re not interested.

that’s okay, if they are interested. But they have lots of questions. That’s okay. Right? If they join and they don’t do anything. That’s okay. Let everybody do what they want to do and let everybody join where they want to join at and do what they want to do. You can always coach and guide them and help them with different things, and you should definitely do that, especially if you want to be a leader. But

you still be okay with whatever somebody wants to do, or however they want to join, or if they don’t want to join, or if they only want to be a customer, all those things you want to be respectful of them
and their position.

And then another thing you want to do is you want to find a mentor? If you want to be successful in any company, you need to have a mentor. And so your mentor is, gonna be more than likely, more experience than you.

You can learn what strategies work for them and don’t work for them like with me. I share with people on my team what works for me? I share what I’m doing. I share what doesn’t work for me.

I share with people how to pitch or offer things to other people, how to say things. I design fliers and
images all the time to share on social media for my team. And so you want somebody that is going to be aligned with you like that, that where you can learn from someone that has more experience in the field, and is going to help you to grow and develop more professionally

and then, especially nowadays, utilize social media. So some people say that they don’t want to use social media, or they don’t use it very much, or they only use this platform or that platform.
and that’s fine if you want to only use certain ones, but especially nowadays. If you really want to do really well, you need to utilize social media. Most people are on some form of social media and the same thing. There’s still people that aren’t like my husband. But
you know, a lot of people are on it. So if you want to really reach a lot of people.
and you don’t want to have to spend a lot of time on the phone or doing that belly to belly marketing, which is nothing wrong with that, and I totally love that. But if you want to reach a lot of people you want to be on social media. And so each platform has different tools. You can use to promote your business.

But you know, like tick, tock is all videos. Instagram is mostly images, but can do videos. Also, Facebook is text images, videos, anything that you want.
And the thing is, you know, definitely, you want to figure out where your playground is, and what you like the most. but I still recommend that you be on some of the other ones also, and just use them some and build up your followers as well. Your friends list or your followers.

and the same thing. Get with your sponsor. Get with somebody that you can learn from. I post things all the time, and I tell people on my team you’re welcome to use anything that I post.
and then think about your mindset. One of the biggest things, and one of the biggest struggles for most people and network marketing, or in any business, for that matter. is your mindset.

People with healthy mindsets, with professional mindsets that have motivated mindsets are always gonna go farther, and you should always be learning and growing so just like on this training, you should be learning and growing. You should be watching training videos. You should be listening to training videos. I do this. I put it on Youtube. I put it on my podcast I put it on my website, I put it in my team group.

and
it always amazes me of people that ask me the same questions of something I just trained on.
And I do this for my team mainly. And so.
you know, learn from your mentors. And if you want to be
in that area and get to that next level, you need to upgrade your mindset. And you need to learn. And you need to be growing every single day.
and then then you also want to be consistent. So network marketing requires people to be very consistent. If you want to generate profits and money in this field, you want to be consistently reaching out to potential clients, to prospects
consistently showing people that you still use the product right? So like, I use our patches right that your business is still available, that they can participate whenever they’re ready. You can be consistent by following up with interested people.

You want to post on your social media regularly. You want to keep in touch with the people that have asked you about it that haven’t signed up yet, and follow up with them. Tell them, you know, if if this is how it is in your company, you know it’s money back guaranteed. There’s no questions asked. You can try it. You have 30 days to send it back, etc.,

you know, whatever it is with your company always follow up.
Following up is one of the biggest things, and being consistent is another one of the biggest things.
You don’t want to jump companies all the time. People want to know that you’ve been in the same company for a long time.

The company that I was in before this I was in for 20 years, and I still use that product and service. So you you don’t want to be jumping all over the place. People want to know that they’re with somebody who’s gonna
stand there and be there, no matter what.
And then do your research. So
on your company, you know. Go to your own website, read every page, every word on every website. So you’re familiar with what is on your website log into your back office, click on every single link in your back office. You don’t have to do it all at once, so you don’t have to get overwhelmed.

But maybe every day spend 30 min to an hour of just clicking on links and finding where things are. So you know where they are and reading. So you get more in your head. You get more in your mind.

So that way, you know more like in our company. I tell people go to our testimonial site and read 3 to 5 testimonials every single day.

because the more you read, the more it gets into your head of what those testimonials are good for.
and then be authentic. So people
want to see the raw and the real you
right. They they don’t want to see somebody who’s fake, or if they meet you in person. They want to see that you’re you right. They don’t want to

find out that you’re like completely different, right? So when you meet me in person when you see me on stage, like I might like if I’m at an event, and I’m speaking in an event I might be dressed up a little bit more then, if you meet me in person. But
I’m still the same
right? And so that’s one thing. You want people you want to be authentic, and you want people to see that right
and then prepare yourself to sponsor other people. you know. That’s a given, obviously. But you want
people to join your team right? If you’re in network marketing and you want people to sign up, you wanna make money. You want people to join your team. So you need to be able to provide them some guidance. And you know some marketing strategies that you’ve learned. You wanna teach them about the products that the company sells right? So it’s always great to talk to your upline and be in touch with your upline and have them to ask questions.

and but you want them to hold your hand only so far right. You always want to be learning and growing so that way you can be better for your people as they come on your team.
and then
ask other people for you know marketing tactics. So if you’re not good at it, or if you’re not sure, like a lot of times. If I create something
I’ll post it on my wall, and I’ll ask other people, hey, what do you think about this? Or do you like it this way, or do you like it this way? I might create 2 different
marketing images that I’m gonna promote with right? And I might ask my following, you know which one do you like better? Which one catches your eye better, so you can do things like that as well.
And then remember, figure out who your target audience is, and so a lot of people call it the avatar like, who is your avatar as you’re selling a product, you know, I know, like I used to run network

networking groups locally for years, and I would have you know, a real estate agent come in and say, II want to sell. You know my customers. Anyone who wants to buy or sell a house same with mortgage. Brokers, right or insurance agents, or it’s anybody

think of a target audience. Think of what you want to go after like with us, with our company with the patches.
you know. Of course, anybody you know that has skin could use the patches, but
if you have a certain thing like for me, I had Major back and leg pain with sciatica.
So that can be one of my target audiences, because that’s what helped me. That’s what got me to pull out my credit card. So think about what got you to pull out your credit card.
and that may be your target. Audience, now, you can still sell to other people, of course. but you want to

narrow down who you’re going after and what you’re looking for that way you can really do targeted marketing right? And so you’re still, that doesn’t mean that you’re not going to do marketing for everybody or for something different, right?
But you just wanna figure out who is your target audience
and narrow it down to that a little bit. So that way you can promote to them like I said, you can still sell to other people.
and then listen to your potential clients and customers.
So as they ask you questions, listen to them. If you don’t know the answer, be okay with telling them that you don’t know but that you’ll find out.
and then ask your sponsor. But the thing is, listen to them. See what they say. Not every customer client might be different too. So what might work for one customer might not work for another customer. So that’s where you always want to listen to people, and be ready to change and answer the different people and the different ways that they need to be.

And so those are the the last of the tips that I’m going to share with you tonight. We’ve got lots more, and we do this training every single Monday night, so I hope you’ll tune in with us next time. Thanks, everyone.

Your business is like a deck of cards

Okay, hey, everyone. This is Laurie Delk Radecki. And I’m gonna talk to you and train tonight on
how your business relates to a deck of cards.
and so it can be for a network marketing business. It can be for the business that I’m in But it could be for any network marketing business. It could even be for any traditional business, too, because it’s just relating to basically like a numbers game.
So a deck of cards has 52 cards in it, you know, and so
most games when you’re playing them. No other card has a higher ranking than the ace. Right? And it’s hard to be a hand of aces, especially, you know, all 4 aces in most card games.
So what would your team or your clients, or your customers, or whatever. What would it look like if it was filled with aces? And you had just all kinds of aces
in your group or on your team.
So network marketing is a numbers game when it comes to inviting people to take a look. And the same thing like I said, that’s the same, no matter what kind of company you’re in, whether it’s mortgage broker, insurance agent, whatever right so to personally sponsor people into your business, or to sign up people as customers or clients, you must consistently be
prospecting as well as inviting.

And so when it comes to sponsoring and building, especially a big team, you need to understand that prospecting.
and the
the way to understand prospecting, I think, is an easy way is this deck of cards. So there’s usually 52 cards in a deck right? There’s 4 aces.
There’s
12 face cards. There’s Jack, there’s

queens. there’s kings. there’s the two’s 345-67-8910, and we can’t forget the jokers. Right?

You always have a few of those in there. So

what does that mean for your business? Well, first of all
prospecting is about finding people to talk to about your business, but you have to remember not everybody is a prospect so like the old school. Talking training was like, you know, talk to everybody within 3 feet from you.

I personally disagree with that. But you could do whatever you want with that. But the thing is, you have to figure out who you want to talk to, but then you still do need to talk to people.

And so. with all your deck of cards out of 54 invites.
You want to ask people to take a look right? So look at your opportunity. Look at your product, look at your service. You’re gonna have some people that are going to be to. You’re gonna have some people that are going to be 3.

You’ll have some that will be 4, you know. You’ll have some that are 5, 6, 7, etc.
Some will be 8, some 10, some Jack’s Queen’s kings, and then you’re gonna come across 4 aces right? So. And also, you know, sometimes on occasion, you might misjudge someone. And like I said, you might invite a couple of jokers, you know. It happens to us all. We get people on our team or customers or clients that you know

some people. You just can’t please them right.
But the thing is, you want to always be talking to people, and you want to invite people to take a look.
It’s not your success is that you invited someone to take a look. Not your success isn’t that they signed up with you, whether it’s to be a customer or distributor, or whatever it’s to take a look.
So that’s the thing. So you want to keep asking people to come, take a look to get at least 54, and when you get at least 54 you’re probably gonna have one of every one of these cards in the deck.
right? So in there somewhere is going to be 4 aces right in there somewhere. You’re going to have your 4 to’s
some you think that you know there are a prospect, they might say. No, it might even be a little bit rude about it, or whatever you know. So that’s kind of your twos right? But you’re gonna get those right. So

take it. And just, you know, okay, I keep flipping the cards over.

And eventually the more I flip

the more I’m going to get closer to one of those aces right?

So some won’t return your calls or won’t return your messages. So those are your threes and your force right? And so think about that, like

how many people you know they ghost you on the text, or on your messenger, or whatever right you still just keep talking to people doesn’t matter. Keep flipping your cards. Keep going through your deck, because eventually you’re gonna hit those aces.

So don’t stop until you’ve talked to at least for 54 people. That’s one of the things I tell people when they tell me that they get discouraged, or whatever about talking to people. Have you talked to 54 yet.

if you haven’t talked to 54 yet, you haven’t turned over all the cards in your deck, so you need to at least do that.
So the list goes on. There’s many scenarios, you know. There’s the 5, the 6, the sevens, the 8, the 9, the tens, the Jacks, the queens, the kings. Some even get excited, you know. They’re just gonna join you any day and then
cool. They’re gone. They’re not talking to you anymore, right? They keep saying that they’re gonna sign up. But you know, it’s been 6 months now, and literally every week you talk to them, and they still say that they’re gonna sign up next week.
And so, you know, and the same thing, the jokers, you know, you can’t find the jokers.

But on the industry averages. They say, you know, it takes 25 conversations to find 14 people that need your product or opportunity or service. So that’s 14 invites that you make asking someone to take a look right. But that’s 25 conversations to get to those 14 invites.
Then out of those 14 invites with practice and over time, you know, you stay consistent
on average, you’ll have 3, maybe watch video. listen, or attend a presentation online or in person. And out of those 3
one will join you in the business, and that’s your ace of signing up people right? So out of 54 invitations, you’re gonna have 4 aces. So that means you’re gonna sign up for people.
So that’s just for the presentation part, then we can relate that exact same scenario

to sponsoring. So but with that, so if you want to talk to 50, if you want to get 4 people to sign up, talk to 54 people, and you should have 4 out of 54 minimum. And the more talk people you talk to, the better your sign up rates are going to get the better you’re going to get. And so then that number is going to go up on your next 54. Maybe you’ll get 8.

So you want to keep talking to people, and how how quick you want to go just depends on you. If you take 5 years to talk to 54 people, you’re gonna get one person a year. If you take, you know, one year to talk to 54 people. You’re gonna get 4 people in a year
if you take a month to talk to 54 people that’s pretty much like 2 people a day. Right? So you’re going to get 4 people a month.
So however, you want to do it, that’s how you can work it for you. So then think about, especially if you are in network marketing, sponsoring, right getting people on your team joining your team. So the same thing. You’re gonna just talk to people. And you’re just gonna flip over cards each time you talk to someone, it’s just flipping a card. And if you think about it that way? Then
you don’t have to think about. Oh, man, they didn’t sign up with me. Right? You just. You just don’t worry about it. You just talk to them. Talk to the next person, talk to the next person, talk to the next person if they sign up with you. Great if they don’t sign up with you.

you know. Bid them farewell. Still, be friends with them, still, build a relationship with them, because you never know when things are going to change, and they may come back and sign up with you anyway. But you just keep flipping your cards
so, following the same exact formula like we talked about before you’re gonna have, say, out of 54 invites, have someone take a look at your opportunity or your products the same thing. Some will be 2, some 3, some 4, 5, 6, 7, you know. 8, 9, 10. Your face cards.
some are going to think that you know they’re going to say, no, you’re gonna get the
get the angry person that’s going to be your 2 right. But you want to keep talking to them, and you want to keep signing them up, so say they sign up.
but then
they don’t do anything right. The same thing. Those are your twos.
They’re just kind of sitting there. Maybe they order once every 6 months, right? They signed up basically to get the discount. They’re your glorified customers right?
So you’re gonna get those people, too. So don’t worry about it. Keep flipping your cards, talk to someone else, flip that card, talk to someone else, find another card, flip it, and you know the next one, it’s going to be a 6.
They’re not going to do much, but they’re going to order every single month right? And then you keep flipping the card some more, and then you’re gonna get a 9. They’re gonna sign up, you know, a couple of people here and there.
and then you’re gonna get a jack.
and they’re going to sign up even more people right?
And then pretty soon you’re gonna get to an ace, right? And so
those are the people that are gonna see the big picture. They’re gonna work consistently. They’re gonna build a big business for you. and can make you a millionaire, and you can
make a lot of money if you just keep talking to people, and you just keep flipping those cards, talking to more people, signing them up, letting them do what they want to do. You know you can’t like. They say you can lead the horse to water, but you can’t make them drink right.
some will sign up a couple of friends and family.
maybe get a few customers, you know. Some will
sign up people and sponsor people off and on. Some will build a balanced business. They’ll give, get even more customers and distributors. And like, I said, then you’re gonna get your aces, and your aces are going to be the whole reason you stay in this business. So just
don’t ever become discouraged. That’s the biggest thing. Don’t become discouraged. Just keep talking to people. Just keep flipping over those cars. And just think about that. Out of every 54 people you talk to.
You’re gonna have some of these different ones that we talked about.
and the same thing out of the ones that you sign up.
Every person you sign up on your team is going to be one of these cards.
So if you want to have more aces on your team, sign up more people
right? Because if you sign up and have 54 players on your team, you’re probably gonna have 4 aces somewhere in there. So just say, studious. Keep talking like they say it’s the law of averages. You can’t change that. So just keep talking to people. Just keep building and let me know how it goes for you.

Talk to you later. Everyone. Good night.

Coaching & Training – Daily Methods of Operation in your network marketing business

So tonight I am going to talk to you about daily method of operations. So your Dmo.
one of the huge things in business is. If you want to have a success in your business, then then these are just some of the things that you should do. if you watch other people and other successful people, successful entrepreneurs in any business you’ll find out that success is a process, and it doesn’t happen for anyone overnight most times like. unless they’re like the trust fund Baby, or they, you know, came from another Network Marketing Company, and they switched companies, and they brought a huge leg with them.
but they already worked for that leg in the other company right? So it still didn’t happen overnight for them. So 1 One thing I heard a long time ago is you will be recognized in public for what you do in private, and so that is huge like when you get recognized on the team, calls on the corporate call or at corporate events. When you go to them. you’re going to be recognized in public for what you do in private, and so remember that also, like if you’re thinking about somebody else, and maybe you know somebody else joined around the same time you did, but they got promotion before you did right. Be careful that you don’t get envious of that right.
Make sure that you that you cheer them on that you root them on, and be happy for them, but also know that they got recognized in public for what they did in private. So
if you didn’t get there before they did, maybe they just worked more than you, and you never know. And sometimes, you know, people do get lucky somebody. They sign up someone else, and that person goes to town, and that’s great. We all want that right.

But still the more you work, and the more you share it with other people, the more you do. The demos and you patch other people, and they see that the difference in that balance test
the more results you’re going to have. And so just remember that you know it’s always the work that’s behind the scenes that’s going on, but successfully. It’s clues, and so you can all always ask successful people what they’re doing. Most times people will share it with you.
and so be careful if you ask somebody, and they’re immediately like Oh, yes, that’s what I teach in my coaching class. Blah blah blah blah, and they invite you to some program or whatever to pay for. I I coach for a living also. So you know, I believe in that kind of stuff. But I also don’t like for this, for you guys on my team. I coach You guys for free. I don’t charge for my team for anything.

Be careful that somebody is just trying to pitch you on something on selling something, too, so but you can always ask people what they do to become successful like.
Give me 5 tips of what you did to get to this level and create something of value every day on your social media. So do like, I said before. Do a a post of a great testimonial and do it on all your social media channel. Find a picture, create a picture. Add that with your post. If you want to make different ones in different ways and add it to all your channel, you can turn a picture into a video to add it onto your tik Tok: I haven’t figured out how to do that yet, but but I know some people do that so different things you can do to to create different things, and some people like some people, might see a post on your wall. But some people might be the ones that watch all the stories, so do a little bit of both. So that way. Different people that that look at different ways. You might reach someone else.

every day go to the instant results Testimonial group, read a couple of testimonials, invite a few people just hit, invite, and add a couple of your friends on your friend list, I try to add, like 5 a day every single day and so some people will join it just because some people, you know they they won’t, either. So it it doesn’t matter. Just just hit 5 a day, and but then go Add people to your friendless every day go to different groups where you have mutual things in common, like, you know, like for me homeschool mom, which I don’t have my kids in school anymore. But I’ve been in several of those Christian moms. Christian women, If you knit, you know, join some knitting groups.

We have the the Spyder Riders Motorcycle Group. We don’t have one yet, but my husband’s looking at one of those. So I joined a couple of those groups.

So think about different words where you have common interests or hobbies and join a few different groups and the same thing. Don’t, you know i’m not. I don’t ever advocate, you know, spending half your life on social media. But go in there and read a few things like comments,, add them as a friend, and then, once they’re on your friend list, they’re gonna start seeing your testimonials on your page.
so it’s just a way to add to your friendless to get that engagement up and to expand your reach.

like I said, add, add a post to your social media to get people engaged. It could be like anything like ask a question like a lot of times. People do you know different weird questions, and so like we had a comment earlier today on another call I was on, and somebody made comment about a cassette tape and somebody else obviously a lot younger Asked what that was. and So ask a question on your social media. You know who remembers what a cassette tape is, or who remember what remembers what a Rolodex is right. Most the kids nowadays would have no idea what a Rolodex is
But but if you ask a question and you get people to comment below it. It increases your algorithm. So that’s the thing that you’re wanting to get on Facebook Instagram tic tok Linkedin. You want to get people engaged, and to quote the answer, question or comment.

post a selfie? You know most most women that post selfies, you know. Then all your friends are going to support you, and they’re going to say, oh. oh, gorgeous! And whatever oh, I love that top, whatever, but that increases your your engagement. So then, when you do post those testimonials.
then that will end up showing up more as well.

Post a few picture of the kids, the grandkid, one of your animal, post a cute motivational quote that you find the same thing. You just you want others to engage on your social media. you want to also like comments on other people’s social media, too. So I said this earlier. But just take like 5 min every day, and to scroll down, and just like on a bunch of things, or love on a bunch of things, comment on a few things because the more you do it on other people, then other people are going to reciprocate that, and they’re gonna do it on yours, and that’s gonna it boost your engagement. So then, when you do do like those testimonial posts or things like that, it’s gonna reach more people.

also set timers, if you need to, you know. So I know that the social media trap can be a trap for some people. So set timers if you need to. I used to do that all the time. I would set 5, 1015 min timers all day long, until I got pretty consistent with with setting times for myself on things automatically and then start other conversations with other people. So keep track of where you talk to people and who you talk to keep a list. So you remember to follow up Did you see someone post about being in pain? Reach out to them and let them know that you found something incredible And but then keep a list of who you talk to, and where you talk to them on like what platform, but that way you could follow back up with them at least once a week and say different things like, hey? I just saw this testimonial. I just want to follow back up with you. I know you asked about the patches I noticed you hadn’t ordered yet, or whatever just checking in with you see, if you have any other question, or I saw this testimonial, and I thought of you, so I wanted to share it with you.

Whatever it’s. Fortune is in the follow up right? So you want to always follow up with people and then make sure you’re getting on The group Call, the team calls, the corporate calls the same thing I don’t want. I don’t want to take up everybody’s every single night of the week. and so that’s why I put like our 2 Monday night calls right back to back.
But and then Tuesday night the opportunity call. But try to be on as many of them as you can, and engage on them, because when you’re closer to the fire you stay warmer right When you ever go to a fire pit, you know or a bonfire. The closer you are to the fire you stay warmer. The more you listen, the more you engage, the more you get involved, the more you’re going to learn, and the more that you learn the better that you’re going to do.

also your your customers, and your reps. Make sure that you follow up with them, too, just because Oh, they signed up. I don’t have to talk to them anymore. Right? Go on to the next people. No, no, no, no! You want to follow back up with people. Check in with them. Make sure that they did. If they’re not local, make sure that they did the balance test as soon as they get their order. Ask them how they felt on it. Check in with them. How they, you know. Tell, make sure to tell them where 24 h.
: and put it. Put a new one on right at the end of the 24 h, and we that consistently, and see how they’re feeling. and so always always follow back up with them and check in on them so that way. They always know that they’ve got your support for me. You know everyone on my team. I send out an email whenever someone joins our team, letting them know about our group and has

I give out my personal cell phone number. My email people can always message me on Facebook, linkedin Instagram tick to wherever you can find me. You can always send me a message.
so you can also always do. You know, 3 way calls with me can do 3 late text. A lot of people do that or 3 way messages on messenger. you know. Of course, as our group get bigger I get busier, but i’m always here for everybody. So you know, always know that I’m here for you. If you ever want me to help you to answer someone. If you have any other questions.

Make sure your team knows that, too, that it’s not just it’s not just you right. You’ve got a team that’s supporting you, and if I don’t know the answer, I go to Steve.
And so and many of you know that, too, that you know the e, or even if I do know the answer, but or I think I know the answer, I might give you that. But then I go to see even I find out to clarify it or to corporate. I’ve gone directly to J. I have this information, too, and so you know it’s just, and that’s that’s my line is me, and then Steve, and then the company. So you know we are close to the top. We are one of the biggest, strongest teams in the company. And so I want to keep us that way and to keep growing, and so we can all do better. And so one other huge thing is personally develop every day.

So this is probably like one of my number One things for success and and all my years of networking, and is one. I heard this a long time ago. Leaders our readers.
It’s not just a statement. Make sure that you’re reading every day. If you don’t have time to read a lot. Don’t worry about it the same thing. I’m not trying to schedule all your time throughout the day but you know, like, if nothing else keep a book in the bathroom, and when you’re in there a couple of times a day. 3 for 5 min right. But but, like i’m, not one of those people I’ve probably read One year I read over a 100 books in a year, and i’m not one of those people that can sit down with a good book and read for 2 h.
I I get distracted. I I get bored so I read one or 2 pages like literally 5 to 10 min top at a time. I’ll have. Normally, I’ll have 2 or 3 books on my desk at a time that i’m reading in the middle of because I the same thing, because I like to read on different things. But but do do that, and if you do that even 5 to 10 min a day every day. Then you’re gonna have a couple of books read throughout the year. You can ask me for recommendations. If you want some, You can also look for motivational podcasts on on on your podcast channel. You can also look on Youtube, and so you can just find different things like I used to on Youtube. There’s one called Motiversity, so like University and motivate together. and I would do that when I would be at the at the gym on the elliptical whenever I drive. I’m always listening to some sort of training. So I have, you know
that’s the cool thing with our phones, and you know we have access to just about anything anytime nowadays. I look up different podcasts on business, and i’m listening to some sort of training every single day when I drive.
and then the last thing is, Take time for your health every day. So, even if you make sense of money, even if you make it really big in the company. If you’re not healthy, then you’re not going to be happy, so try to eat a little bit more of the right foods. Try to move your body a little bit every day. You know you don’t have the same thing. You don’t have to be die hard in the gym all the time, like my body Builder son is. But you know you could do things and add things in little pocket.

One thing I’ve read that I started implementing a couple of months ago was every day when you get up in the morning and you brush your teeth, then do 5 push ups just pushing in on the calendar of the bathroom and so before bed, do 5 to 10 deep breath in deep through your nose, out deep through your mouth that will help you to relax and help you to go to sleep. Better so those that are just a few tips on that. And so i’m going to stop the recording right now.
