Made these late last night, had to fridge, so someone had them for an appetizer for breakfast! Lol he said they are awesome though……AND they are #healthydesert π
Only 4 ingredients and no baking ππ» #glutenfree #dairyfree
RECIPE:
π 4 tbsp coconut flour π₯₯ (I used almond flour)
π 4 tablespoons honey π―
π 1 cup peanut butter π₯ (I use natural. Or natural almond butter)
π 1 cup quality chocolate π«
πΊ Combine peanut butter on low speed with honey, add the flour and mix well
πΊ Making little balls and pressing each one
πΊ Melt chocolate on low stirring from time to time, you can dip cookies in it, I just poured over a bit, dipping looks better lol but I made these at midnight last night after packing n moving all day lol
πΊ Place on waxed paper. Wait a few minutes and refrigerate
