6 eggs, salt pepper heavy cream in blender
Thin sliced gala apple n real bacon bits
Shredded cheese
Put olive oil in skillet to coat well,
Heat number 3-4…..(eggs don’t stick the lower the setting) cover w lid.
Once eggs start to set, add Apple n bacon, keep covered, once looks done (eggs will lift from sides) add shredded cheese till melted n serve
