Put eggs, tiny bit water 💧, salt, pepper, apple in mixer n blend (I use vitamix on #7)
Cook over low heat, once eggs start to set, add bacon crumbles, then top w shredded cheese once eggs start to brown on bottom.
Then of course if your husband really likes bacon you can give him the extra on the side 😂
