Sometimes the BEST food finds happen completely by accident! 😂
We were driving around Las Vegas trying to decide where to have lunch before the wedding when we passed Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food. Kevin immediately said, “That sounds good!” 🌺
Mind you… we had ALREADY passed it. 😂 We actually made it to another restaurant, pulled in, and then Kevin decided, “Nope, I think we need to go back to that Hawaiian place.” 🤣
And I have to admit… he was RIGHT! 😂👏
This was SOOO good!!
I ordered the chicken katsu, tempura shrimp and pork egg rolls, along with rice and their Hawaiian-style macaroni salad. Of course, Kevin got samples of everything on my plate too. 😂
Kevin ordered the teriyaki chicken and Kalua pig, and both were delicious. The teriyaki chicken had that wonderful grilled char with a sweet, savory glaze, and the Kalua pig was tender and flavorful.
We also tried the vegetables, and I had a Hawaiian Sun Strawberry Guava Nectar to complete the whole Hawaiian experience. 🌺🍓
The portions were HUGE, the food came out quickly, everything tasted fresh, and it was exactly what we needed—a casual lunch that didn’t take forever but was still something fun and different while traveling.
Kevin swears this was WAY better than the restaurant we almost ate at. 😂 Since we never actually ate there, I guess we’ll never know…but I will admit that turning the car around was definitely worth it!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would absolutely eat at Mo’ Bettahs again!
