Chicken, strawberry n avacado spinach salad
Sliced almonds
Organic Avacado
Chicken breast’s
Organic baby spinach
Organic strawberries
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Dijon mustard
Bring chicken, salt, pepper, olive oil n water
To a boil, shred when done w forks n drain
Mix in a bowl salt pepper Dijon mustard olive oil n balsamic vinegar then add shredded chicken n set aside
Mix spinach sliced strawberries n sliced almonds in a bowl n out on plates
Add sliced Avacado around the edges, add chicken mix on top, sprinkle w natural Parmesan cheese (optional I’ve made this w poppyseed dressing too I’d you’re not a fan of balsamic
