Our first #GreenChef meal!!!
I really love how all comes together, and just what you need, and the vegetables look good! (One thing I was worried about as I’m picky when picking out my fruits n veggies 😁)
(One thing I wish is I could put in my account don’t ever send us onions mushrooms or olives, I still make most meals like this, without it, n tastes great…but it’s a waste if I’m going to throw those out anyway)
Chop 1 #zucchini, 2 pieces celery, 2 Roma tomatoes (they had onion too but he don’t eat so I skipped that)
Season chicken breasts w olive oil, salt, pepper n the Cajun seasoning.
Put chopped pecans in skillet w a little olive oil n cook about 3 min, remove from pan but leave oil.
Put chicken in pan, about 3 min each side, then transfer to cookie sheet w aluminum foil on it and put in oven at 400, 12 min.
Put veggies in skillet w that oil and add Smokey mustard celery blend seasoning. Cool about 10 min.
Put veggies on plate, garnish w pecans, add chicken sliced, and sprinkle creole dijonnaise w avacado sauce over it.
This is added to our winner list! I couldn’t even eat all mine, which works for him! Lol but made us feel good, but not over stuffed! Said 700 calories, so I probably had 500 and him 1000 (which works for us too cuz I probably need a little less n he needs a little more anyway, as he’s bigger n much more muscular than me 😁)

With the grocery over 30 min away now and still packing two other houses, driving between all 3 houses almost daily still, not grocery shopping on top of it but yet having fresh organic ingredient will make it super nice!!!
