Chop cabbage snap peas garlic n tomato
Mix ground pork w cotija cheese ancho, cumin, oregano salt n pepper into little balls, put in skillet w a little olive oil then cover in spices enchilada sauce. Cover n Cook on low about 15 min.
Put olive oil cabbage gatrlic snap peas salt n pepper in skillet n simmer about 15 min on low. (I added sazonador seasoning n a little butter)
