No bake berry cheesecake

Crust came out more crumbly than expected, an of course mine didn’t look like the ad, but it was still good!

CRUST:

1-1/2 cups THM Baking Blend (*see notes)

1 Tablespoon Super Sweet

4 Tablespoons melted butter

FILLING:

2 blocks cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Monkfruit classic sweetener

3/4 cup frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained

1/2 cup heavy cream

Refrigerate for 4 hours.
