1. Practice Self-Care: Prioritize your physical AND mental health. Get enough sleep, eat well, and engage in activities that relax and rejuvenate you. Go for a walk for at least 15 min a day. Wear your patches for optimum health! My minimums are victory, defend and focus (I normally also wear ignite to burn an extra 400 calories, Lumi for my skin, Peace to stay de-stressed and help gut health, REM to sleep, Rocket during the day)
2. Set Realistic Goals: Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable ones. This can make them feel less overwhelming and more achievable. Follow a DMO, and do at least your minimums DAILY. Have you wrote your goals down? Have you talked w your sponsor or upline about your goals? the more you share them and talk about them, the more your brain will believe them and the better for you to stay motivated to go to work on them – have 10 year goals, 5 year goals, 1 year goals, then monthly goals, weekly goals, what are you committing to daily goals?
3. Find a Support System: Connect with peers, friends, family, or a support group who can offer understanding and encouragement. Jump on ANY n ALL zoom calls you can – even if they say the same thing, it HELPS your mindset….plus repetitive is learning and the more you learn the more you will earn!
4. Visualize Success: Imagine your business thriving and achieving your goals. This can help boost your motivation and confidence. Vision boards – search miracle workers for Krystle’s training on teh digital vision board – I have done this for over 15 years – each year – my desktop is that years vision board, it is SO neat to compare years, and see what I have accomplished and it REALLY helps during those times – eve later in life when you get discouraged (cuz top leaders sTILL get discouraged, they just may not show it as much – as part of their job is to motivate you!)
5. Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and reward yourself for your accomplishments, no matter how small. This can help you stay focused and motivated. go back to work quick, but make sure you celebrate!
6. Take Breaks: Stepping away from your work can help prevent burnout and increase your productivity. One thing I do is every hour I am at the computer – I take at least a 5-10 min break and get up and walk around, run around etc – chase the grandson
7. Limit Distractions & Take Action: Create a dedicated workspace and minimize distractions to help you stay focused. Turn off all notifications. Take SOME sort of ACTION daily – do a post on socials, message 5 people, add 5 friends to your list, do BLIMP
8. Seek Professional Help: If you’re struggling to cope with a tragedy, consider seeking professional help from a coach, therapist or counselor.
9. Focus on the Positive: Try to focus on the positive aspects of your business and the progress you’ve made. Write 10 IAM statements and read them DAILY in the “current state” pray over them daily if you pray….(this is how I attracted my husband – you can do it for team members too!)
10. Remember Your “Why”: Remind yourself of the reasons why you started your business and the impact it can have. This can help you stay motivated even during difficult times. Why did you pull out that credit card that day when you joined?
