Laurie Delk - author, speaker, coach, trainer

Laurie's life journey is a testament to unwavering faith, entrepreneurial spirit, and the transformative power of resilience. Rooted in a lifelong foundation of Christian values, instilled from her upbringing and a pivotal move from Texas to Middle Tennessee in 1986, Laurie embarked on a path marked by both professional achievement and personal devotion.

In 1993, driven by a profound desire to nurture her growing family, Laurie made a courageous decision to transition from a decade-long, successful career as an accountant at a Fortune 500 company. This pivotal moment, coinciding with her husband's aspiration to pursue his calling in law enforcement, became a catalyst for a life dedicated to purpose and service. Through prayerful consideration, they embraced both paths, demonstrating a commitment to faith-led action.

God has uniquely privileged Laurie to serve Him in numerous capacities over the past few decades. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the inception of her web & graphics, branding, marketing, and design company. Recognizing her talents as gifts to be shared, she pledged to utilize her skills for divine purpose. This commitment manifested in the creation of over a thousand websites, marketing materials, training platforms, and courses for pastors, churches, evangelists, missionaries, colleges, and a diverse range of business clients. Her expertise extended to comprehensive rebranding initiatives, empowering organizations to articulate their vision with clarity and impact.

Beyond her business acumen, Laurie is a prolific author, having penned the best-selling books "Keep Those Clients" and "We All Have Choices," and co-founded the transformative "Gratitude Girls - 100 Day Gratitude Journal Challenge." She has also contributed her insights to three additional publications. As a sought-after motivational speaker and corporate sales trainer, Laurie inspires audiences with her authentic voice and empowering message, often called upon for special speaking engagements around the world. Her dedication to education is further evidenced by her five years of teaching at her children's Christian school and her subsequent decision to homeschool them, allowing her to balance her growing speaking career with her commitment to family.

Her mission to empower women to embrace their God-given potential has taken her across the globe, where she shares her wisdom and encouragement with diverse audiences. Laurie's life, however, has not been without profound challenges. In 2013, she experienced the devastating loss of her children's father in a tragic accident, navigating the complexities of grief while raising her four children, then aged 25, 18, 16, and 12.

Believing in God's guidance for her life, Laurie remarried in April 2020 to Kevin Radecki, following their meeting in December 2019. Laurie prayed for exactly what she wanted in a husband and God showed Himself strong in giving her more than she asked in a God-fearing and God-loving husband.

Laurie's unique experiences over the past few decades provide special insight and encouragement for those who take her courses. Her story is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit, the transformative power of faith, and the profound impact of living a life dedicated to purpose and service. Her journey inspires others to embrace their own unique paths, to overcome adversity with grace, and to live with unwavering gratitude and purpose.

Thinking and meditating, more and more lately on my life, situations and things that have happened, where I am at, where I am going……make decisions, pray, ask for guidance, seek counsel, and don’t be afraid to take that step!


My life has changed in SO many ways the last several years – some bad, some good, some great! Some because of things that have happened to me…….Some because of things that I made a choice on….Some because of things I am setting in plan for my future….


I was talking w someone the other day, and I just said, “I pretty much just LOVE my LIFE”


How many people can say that?How many people want to say that?
Are you making decisions in your life TODAY, that might allow you to be able to say that in the future?


Like they say, if you keep doing the same things, you have always done, you will keep getting the same things you have always got…..
Do you want to be normal?

Do you want just what is there for you?

Or do you want ALL that God has for you?

Are you working, praying, reaching for those stars?


Even if you fail *some*……landing somewhere in the skies and heaven – might not be such a bad thing 🙂

Our Iceland trip this week

Many people keep texting me asking if we are still going to #Iceland we are scheduled to leave Friday….as of this week they said we think they can reroute us from #Toronto thru #chicago but they said that may change this week.

Said there is a chance we may not be able to come back for a few weeks…. we are okay w that, we will get to your Iceland longer 😁

We are taking #precautions and I think everyone should….but I think lots is just being over dramatic….this is just like the swine flu scare Ebola etc you name it, this too shall pass….

God is not the author of #fear n I’m trying smart but I’m not afraid, if He wants me, He will take me when it’s my time no matter what I do.

If they cancel us, we will go to a #beach within driving distance and redo Iceland maybe next year 😄 #NotWorried #BotStressed

While I never #overstock, n not trying to now….I would like enough toilet paper just for my family 😂

When going to the store, think about it….do you really need this extra? If so, get it, if not, #bekind n think of the next person who does.

Why having a personal brand is important

  • Building your brand loyalty can be really fun!  Ask yourself: who are you, and what do you have to offer? For sure, people in sales understand how powerful the know, like, and trust value is when building and increasing: customer retention, organic referrals, and the bottom line.  Believe it or not, increasing all of the above comes down to branding yourself more than the product or service you sell! This doesn’t mean your service or product doesn’t add value; what it means is people do business with people they know, like, and trust! So, how does one build brand loyalty with the know, like, and trust factor?  Through your personal branding, of course! Start building your brand by asking yourself these questions: 
    1. How do people benefit from working with me? This is your emotional appeal.
    2. What are the words I would use to describe my work? Determine your description of what you do and who your brand is for.
    3. What do I do that makes me stand out from everyone else? Developing relationships so strong that when customers need or hear of someone needing what you’re selling, they think of you. 
     Next, take a look at your three answers and create a short sentence or phrase to develop your brand mantra that communicates clearly who you are. Most importantly, be yourself, serve others with your value, and keep in touch to stay top of mind! Happy branding!
