Wow…..going thru stuff this is a car, when I was working 3 jobs in ‘89 to pay the bills, I fell asleep driving home, ran up a tree, into a bulls pen, and then the car caught fire.

This pic was in a stack my mom gave me years ago, I never saw it cuz I was taken to the hospital but luckily only had a couple stitches one a knee and finger

I crawled out the hatch back window, barefoot cuz my heels were who knows where, the left door was a tree n right door I couldn’t open.

I had almost everything I owned in the car (including 20 shoes, about 30 business suit dresses) cuz I was working so much, staying at my parents or friends or my apt depending which was closer at the time…was going to take any real jewelry I had to a pawn shop the next day….it all burnt.

I Thank God for His protection and provision, they say when things like this happens, pay attention God has big plans for you…..I have tried to do that all my life n pray I get better daily

Finally back open n yummy as ever!!!! 😁

Today….

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin driving into town tonight to meet me, my son n his fiancé for dinner

I am grateful and thankful I got a letter from my Marine in the Making!!! Not seeing or hearing from him since the beginning of November has been hard! I’m SO close to all my kids n normally hear from them Atleast every other day….but he is doing well and likes it, so that’s good! Continue to pray for him that he stays healthy n in good shape and protected and passes all tests 😁💙

I am grateful and thankful I got to help pick out furniture for my son n his new home

I am grateful and thankful I got to get a full body reflexology treatment today, I so needed it n felt so great 😃

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin driving all day today helping me, my son n his fiancé look at several furniture stores, then to dinner too!

I am grateful and thankful Brad working w us at furniture innovations to help us come up w the perfect living room n bedroom set the kids wanted for their home

I am grateful and thankful my son n his fiancé asking kevin n I to spend the day w them to help them pick out their furniture

I am grateful and thankful for the good food at Longhorn

I am grateful and thankful for the nice but cool weather today, and a wonderful year that we had this year, so blessed to have gotten married and found our dream home in the country 😁

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin coming to sit w me in my office while I worked today 😁 I love being w him and even when I go to my room to work a little he will come visit and I love that!!!

I am grateful and thankful for the wonderful people here in middle TN that come to my online business networking luncheons to work with each other, refer others and connect in friendship

I am grateful and thankful that I can work from home or from wherever I am at the time

I am grateful and thankful for our dog that barks anytime someone drives up on our property to let us know

I am grateful and thankful for our carefree days of resting lately and then cooking when we decide it’s time to eat hehe so different than my very scheduled schedule, but I have loved the change
