Cajun fried cheese w zucchini bell peppers n walnut in a lemon chive vinaigrette
Tastes much better than it looks lol
I should have used 3-4 zucchini and 2 peppers
Peppers and zucchini in pan w real butter
Season w Cajun spice blend add Cajun spiced vinaigrette
Add real butter in a new pan add grilling cheese sliced thin or diced, 1-2 min each side
Cabbage w crushed pepitas w tsp ginger lime aioli, olive oil sale n pepper
Beef patties w cumin coriander oregano and onion powder mixed in, topped w Monterey Jack cheese when almost done
Zucchini and butternut squash sprinkled w red pepper n cooked w real butter n lid on low to hold in flavor

New place that just opened so we had to try it out! #Mozzarellabar packed always, make a reservation- we tried to watch there 3 times before, n they were packed! I got an italian strawberry soda, appetizer we got a #spicymeatball and #friedcheese, dinner we split the #motherinlaw, and #dessert we split a homemade #gelato
Everything was super good, food and service!

Update: when we first walked in wasn’t sure but like how you can see everyone cooking right behind cashiers – everyone was super friendly n helpful A++++ on service!
Food was really good, I got #crabcakes w #avacadosalad and #redboilpotatoes he got a #burger w #brisket and #fries and #chicken jambalaya, they gave me a waffle looking thing tasted like cornbread which I normally don’t care for, didn’t even have to add anything on it was very good!
