Oven roasted 🍅 tomatoes, the Empty spots are where someone ate before I could take a pic lol

Extra virgin olive oil to cost cookie sheet,

Minced garlic, sprinkle w salt n pepper

Bake 375 for 25 minutes

Our first dinner w our gift cards from the #wedding 🥰

Well shared all so not soooooo bad if we had desert right 😂

#saltedcaramelcheesecake for desert ☺️

Now off to the farm to work it off lol 😆

Thank you soooooomuch for everyone who came out last night to celebrate w us at Celebration of wedding for Kevin and Laurie Radecki we had so much fun visiting w everyone n know some of you met new friends while there, we tried to talk and visit w everyone while all ate n opened all the cards n gifts this morning, thank you so very much for spending time w us, sharing your love and getting to meet Kevin for those who hadn’t yet!!! Everyone will have to come out to our new home once we can get in it lol n visit for a meal n a swim! 😁

He says it’s a winner…. trying not to buy more groceries n use what I have, so a lot is made up on the fly #recipes lol 😂

Head of organic #cauliflower chopped n grated in blender

Can of cream of chicken soup plus one can water

Pieces of organic #chickenbreast

Salt, pepper, garlic, italian seasoning

Bring to a boil, then let simmer about 20 min

Then add about 1/2 cup heavy cream n some shredded #cheese 🧀

Great dinner w friends from CA

Food and company was great and the waiter made us a congrats  desert 😁

Took #Trigger #BullMastiff out to her new house for the first time yesterday…she was not thrilled w how hot it was lol

Like they say to watch your kids, we got there n standing in the pool area, saying at least we don’t have to worry about her getting close to the pool she’s too chicken…..SPLASH!!!! Lol right on key!!! Lol 😂 Kevin grabbed her collar n helped her to the stairs so she knew how to get out….didn’t go near it the rest of the day lol

She kept going back n forth by me picking my blueberries n by Kevin on the front of the house doing yardwork.

She did venture into the woods just a tiny bit to get cooler I think but not far from us. I think I will still get that collar that doesn’t let her go like 50 feet etc though so she don’t get lost.
