On the way to see my oldest #daughter Laurelle, then to #BaldHeadIsland for our #birthdays this week, but he stopped n picked up this #PandoraBracelet he got for me first! It’s SO pretty! He got me a #heart w a #sapphire for my #birthday, the a #house since we are renovating n making the house ‘ours’, then a #pinksuitcase for our travels, then a little #owl to remember my mom 💙

Alex n I got a salad that they mix at the table for you! It’s was SO good! I got 2 shrimp on mine, SO good n they were huge! The guys got lobster bisque soup and pork chop appetizer. All their sides are separate n you can get small or large to share, guys got a filet, then we got Brussels, loaded whipped potatoes, augratin cauliflower, then we got a pumpkin cheesecake w salted caramel n the mini trio n we all shared 😀 everything was excellent!

2 C organic #cottagecheese
1 C organic shredded #cheddarcheese
1 C organic shredded #mozzarellacheese
Crumbled #bacon 🥓
Little Salt n pepper
Put all but bacon in #vitamix mix on #2 low.
Put some bacon crumbles in 24 mini cup muffin pan then fill w a TBS egg mixture
Cook on 350 for 20-25 minutes
