Well, had a ‘first’ last night! We ‘booked’ at a different hotel chain on the road, but where we thought we would want to stop, and booked direct thru the #hotel chains app (not any 3rd party), we got there, after midnight, and they looked up confirmation number, nothing, looked up by name, nothing, kept trying to argue yet I showed my email confirmation and apple wallet ticket! None the less they were overbooked and had nothing for us regardless of silver elite status lol.’we can call corporate Monday to see what they will do for me’ so drove another 1 1/2 hrs n finally got to #Roanoke and booked at #Marriott
