How to Romance Your Customer Relationships This Valentine’s Day

  • Indeed most businesses take advantage of December through January to send company holiday cards. Although these significant holidays are essential in celebrating your customers and clients, sometimes your message can compete with the clutter of holiday mail. Hence, why it’s so important to find other reasons to stay top of mind with your customer base throughout the year. HINT: Valentine’s Day!Valentine’s Day is the next biggest card-sending holiday next to Christmas. However, Valentine’s Day is mainly overlooked from a business standpoint and that is excellent news for you! Why? Valentine’s Day is a great time to strengthen more than romantic relationships.  Think of it as an opportune time to honor and charm your business relationships, allowing you to outshine your competition when your competition simply isn’t trying. Romancing customer relationships will help you:
