Start by asking yourself, am I giving to myself every day?
Your ultimate goal should be daily love to your:

Look, it’s easy to get overwhelmed in the day-to-day juggling of:
- Work
- Relationships
- Exercise
- Family
- Sleep
And of course, balancing our emotional well-being that gets lost along the way.
In essence, self-love is finding a “balanced living” by balancing all aspects of your life.
“Life balance is a lifelong journey of commitment to achieving the most solid and authentic ‘VISION’ of oneself.”
Here are some self-love tips and resources to find “life balance” to create the life you desire:
- Give yourself permission to say “NO” to what doesn’t fit your life values.
- Speak kindly with love towards yourself.
- Get needed sleep to be energized and find daily clarity.
- Find peace by accepting things you can not change.
- Spend time alone, treat your mind to positive, daily personal development.
- Practice intentional gratitude throughout your day to train your brain to retain positivity.
- Spend time with people who bring out your best qualities.
- Create and send a card to yourself with your “I AM Statements” and read them aloud every morning.
- Laugh and smile more!
