Why are we selling our dream home?
Honestly long story, but the house we left in Columbia is a 4 generation family home, we debated on selling, a realtor friend showed us this, we bought did, did a bunch of upgrades planning to stay here forever, other house after sitting for sale a bit and not getting what we wanted we just decided to not lose all that equity and to remodel it and move back.

Tried the new full CurlMix set I got, I chose the watermelon hemp complete set, after straightening so long my curls are more wave now but come back some…lol but during the summer in the pool most the time I leave more natural – I still tend to straighten during the winter though but trying to repair it and grow it back out longer from my last trim/chop 😁💜
My husband n I get to walk past this little bumbling brook every morning on our 2 mile walk before we start the day, walking past it and the horses 🐎 I just love it, seeing and breathing all Gods nature and I’m so glad we get to have this time together to just walk n talk every day before we decide what we are doing for the day 😁💙
I finally found the most perfect way to make ‘Ángel’ eggs and where I won’t get exhausted peeling them! It’s sooooo much better!!! 😁 (making them every year as the family host for holidays over 30 years, this is the best!)
Put big pot on stove of water, add some salt and about 2 Tbs white vinegar bring to rolling boil. Once boiling good, add eggs in carefully, then cover n let boil on high 12 min. Turn off and immediately put in sink, drain water, put lid back on n shake it so the eggs crack some, (I also took a baby hammer n tapped each egg on top to make sure cracked good) run cold water over them about 5 min.
Now you can start peeling them sooo easy!!!
While they are cooking (I cook 24 eggs) in that 12 min, put your ‘sauce’ ready in mixer (I use my #kitchenaid mixer makes it easy!
9 TBS Mayo
3 TBS Dijon mustard
3 TBS Apple cider vinegar
Salt n pepper to taste
Once you peel eggs cut in 1/2 long ways n put on plate n put yolk in mixer
Once all eggs done mix your ‘sauce’ then scoop teaspoon size jumps into each egg half, sprinkle w paprika n serve!
We had been wanting to try this place for over a year, then he moved from Smyrna, now my son moved there, so we tried it! Got calamari (he made me try one, and I really wanted to spit it out lol no napkins yet, so I had to swallow it smh lol) potato skins were good! dinner rolls were yumm! I had the aloha salad, and it was SO good! he had the ruben n fries, my son had the steak tacos, and Danielle had a sandwich – all was great!!! 🙂 Definitely going again 🙂
