Laurie's life journey is a testament to unwavering faith, entrepreneurial spirit, and the transformative power of resilience. Rooted in a lifelong foundation of Christian values, instilled from her upbringing and a pivotal move from Texas to Middle Tennessee in 1986, Laurie embarked on a path marked by both professional achievement and personal devotion.

In 1993, driven by a profound desire to nurture her growing family, Laurie made a courageous decision to transition from a decade-long, successful career as an accountant at a Fortune 500 company. This pivotal moment, coinciding with her husband's aspiration to pursue his calling in law enforcement, became a catalyst for a life dedicated to purpose and service. Through prayerful consideration, they embraced both paths, demonstrating a commitment to faith-led action.

God has uniquely privileged Laurie to serve Him in numerous capacities over the past few decades. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the inception of her web & graphics, branding, marketing, and design company. Recognizing her talents as gifts to be shared, she pledged to utilize her skills for divine purpose. This commitment manifested in the creation of over a thousand websites, marketing materials, training platforms, and courses for pastors, churches, evangelists, missionaries, colleges, and a diverse range of business clients. Her expertise extended to comprehensive rebranding initiatives, empowering organizations to articulate their vision with clarity and impact.

Beyond her business acumen, Laurie is a prolific author, having penned the best-selling books "Keep Those Clients" and "We All Have Choices," and co-founded the transformative "Gratitude Girls - 100 Day Gratitude Journal Challenge." She has also contributed her insights to three additional publications. As a sought-after motivational speaker and corporate sales trainer, Laurie inspires audiences with her authentic voice and empowering message, often called upon for special speaking engagements around the world. Her dedication to education is further evidenced by her five years of teaching at her children's Christian school and her subsequent decision to homeschool them, allowing her to balance her growing speaking career with her commitment to family.

Her mission to empower women to embrace their God-given potential has taken her across the globe, where she shares her wisdom and encouragement with diverse audiences. Laurie's life, however, has not been without profound challenges. In 2013, she experienced the devastating loss of her children's father in a tragic accident, navigating the complexities of grief while raising her four children, then aged 25, 18, 16, and 12.

Believing in God's guidance for her life, Laurie remarried in April 2020 to Kevin Radecki, following their meeting in December 2019. Laurie prayed for exactly what she wanted in a husband and God showed Himself strong in giving her more than she asked in a God-fearing and God-loving husband.

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin being willing and wanting to go to dinner and meet my friends for a date night out 🙂

I am grateful and thankful that At Home store had chaise lounge cushions that we LOVE for our pool area, AND a matching 9′ umbrella for our table! Will look so much better outside for this week when the weather gets better again 🙂

I am grateful and thankful Carrie and her husband inviting us over for dinner, and having just an enjoyable time together talking and sharing w each other.

I am grateful and thankful our security guy coming out today to fix our windows so they are set the proper way they need to be and adding one on our sunroom too

I am grateful and thankful to HelloFresh delivering food for us to stay healthy all week w great food and not having to go shopping! 🙂

My view today sitting on my front porch to work!!!! Soooo pretty!!!!

My home where I get to live 24/7 is the places we used to air bnb to run away to!!!! I am so lucky!!!

The tree in front of those three bushes that’s my peach tree and then the trees behind that that was all full of brush there Kevin cleared all that out yesterday so you can kind of see in between their way down the hill is our playground for the kids when they come out. Although you can also see right in front of my house that someone decided to cut down my roses so I lost probably 300 roses LOL I have just a couple blooms left that weren’t sticking up on top so he didn’t make it even with the front bushes although he did tease saying that I wasn’t going to go to the other house and work and leave him here unattended again! Hopefully they will all grow back well next year, as I’ve wanted a rose garden since I can remember 💕

Today….

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin working on our property decluttering he took down so much of the brush today to make it nicer we can see from my kitchen window washing dishes all the way down to our swingset now 😁whenever we have kids here, we want to be able to see all the way to the playground and we can now! 💖

I am grateful and thankful for my session w my reflexologist we always have such good talks, while she is making my body feel better w all this still moving n renovating

I am grateful and thankful for a girl coming to the house today to pick up two big boxes of clothes that I no longer love, and was ready to let someone else love 💕

I am grateful and thankful for the talk w my son McClain today for an hour while I was at the columbia house cleaning n we got to just chat about things and life and future, and of course he put a box in the truck for me n got things off the top shelf for me 😃

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin going to church w me, taking me to lunch, and then coming home to try to fix my kitchen faucet, before going out to mow, again lol

I am grateful and thankful to have a wonderful church w great people to go to, to help me stay close to God.

I am grateful and thankful for a super yummy lunch at McAlister’s Deli, we got a salad, baked potato and broccoli soup to split.

I am grateful and thankful not too many weeds sprouted in my iris and asparagus bed yet…..(but sheesh they grow fast, w all that work I did a few days ago, lol)

I am grateful and thankful for all the info on the stark bros website, they have a sale and I ordered an apple tree and two types of cherry trees to try to grow, they have tons of info I have been reading to learn my new gardening time of my life 🙂
