Laurie's life journey is a testament to unwavering faith, entrepreneurial spirit, and the transformative power of resilience. Rooted in a lifelong foundation of Christian values, instilled from her upbringing and a pivotal move from Texas to Middle Tennessee in 1986, Laurie embarked on a path marked by both professional achievement and personal devotion.
In 1993, driven by a profound desire to nurture her growing family, Laurie made a courageous decision to transition from a decade-long, successful career as an accountant at a Fortune 500 company. This pivotal moment, coinciding with her husband's aspiration to pursue his calling in law enforcement, became a catalyst for a life dedicated to purpose and service. Through prayerful consideration, they embraced both paths, demonstrating a commitment to faith-led action.
God has uniquely privileged Laurie to serve Him in numerous capacities over the past few decades. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the inception of her web & graphics, branding, marketing, and design company. Recognizing her talents as gifts to be shared, she pledged to utilize her skills for divine purpose. This commitment manifested in the creation of over a thousand websites, marketing materials, training platforms, and courses for pastors, churches, evangelists, missionaries, colleges, and a diverse range of business clients. Her expertise extended to comprehensive rebranding initiatives, empowering organizations to articulate their vision with clarity and impact.
Beyond her business acumen, Laurie is a prolific author, having penned the best-selling books "Keep Those Clients" and "We All Have Choices," and co-founded the transformative "Gratitude Girls - 100 Day Gratitude Journal Challenge." She has also contributed her insights to three additional publications. As a sought-after motivational speaker and corporate sales trainer, Laurie inspires audiences with her authentic voice and empowering message, often called upon for special speaking engagements around the world. Her dedication to education is further evidenced by her five years of teaching at her children's Christian school and her subsequent decision to homeschool them, allowing her to balance her growing speaking career with her commitment to family.
Her mission to empower women to embrace their God-given potential has taken her across the globe, where she shares her wisdom and encouragement with diverse audiences. Laurie's life, however, has not been without profound challenges. In 2013, she experienced the devastating loss of her children's father in a tragic accident, navigating the complexities of grief while raising her four children, then aged 25, 18, 16, and 12.
Believing in God's guidance for her life, Laurie remarried in April 2020 to Kevin Radecki, following their meeting in December 2019. Laurie prayed for exactly what she wanted in a husband and God showed Himself strong in giving her more than she asked in a God-fearing and God-loving husband.
Laurie's unique experiences over the past few decades provide special insight and encouragement for those who take her courses. Her story is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit, the transformative power of faith, and the profound impact of living a life dedicated to purpose and service. Her journey inspires others to embrace their own unique paths, to overcome adversity with grace, and to live with unwavering gratitude and purpose.

Quite frankly, gone are the days of wining and dining when prospecting. All it takes is your competitors to wine and dine your customer, and just like that, you’ve lost them. At least concerning the money-motivated customers.
Also, let’s not forget about the fear of loss strategy! Indeed, the fear of loss can work in some instances, but not likely in most.

Can change the way a prospect purchases and;
Inspires them to give you repeat business.
I know I’m a broken record when I say, “it starts with building relationships!”

Happy 16th Anniversary to me! 🙂
Everything has been SO crazy busy lately with my web n graphic design, branding & marketing company, my coaching clients, and several speaking engagements, that I hadn’t even taken the suitcase off my bed in a few months, other than changing out the clothes in it!
BUT getting ready to catch another flight TODAY, to fly to SLC to go to our International Convention……I remembered my 16th Anniversary in Send Out Cards was last week!!!
SO blessed beyond measure to have found this company 16 years ago, that has enabled me to build better relationships, with my clients and customers, to create incredible client long term relationships and where my clients give me referrals all the time with out me even asking…..to also being able to keep in touch better with all our friends and family building those relationships as well…..and all the while providing an amazing income stream for my family at the same time.
I can’t wait to see all my SOC family all week!

Can’t put a price on the sweet feeling I get when I get messages like this! Just solidifies things that God has told me to do, to help other women to ‘walk in their shoes God have them’ while here on our dash on this earth 💜

In life, if you want to WIN you have to do sometimes what you don’t want to, or what’s not easy, or what makes you uncomfortable.
A year n a half ago, many of you know I dealt w some ‘female fun’ and after being checked that nothing was wrong from doctors assuring healthy, but couldn’t figure out what was wrong, they put me on the pill for the first time in my life and that made me gain 50 lbs from those chemicals.
I’ve not been ‘comfortable’ in my skin for a year…I eat super healthy 95% of the time and go to the gym a couple times a week.
By a lot of what I do, coaching clients one on one, I do this about 30 hours a week, so that’s a lot of sitting!
I’m still active a lot w my 7 business networking luncheons every month, plus my other speaking engagements that I travel places to do….but it know I need more!
With what I do, there is always more to be done lol 😂 I could literally work 24 hours a day. Thankfully I LOVE what I do helping others!!!!
But I also know (and have always struggled with) doing for ‘me’.
About a month ago, I decided to add in, to my already busy schedule walking down our neighborhood daily at least 4 times a week. I live outside the city limits, but if I walk down the road a bit, there is a big cauldesac, so if I walk from my driveway to around that and back, it is almost 2 miles.
Despite it being almost 100 degrees outside, n not ‘wanting’ to do it most days lol. I am doing it, because I wantvthe end result more than I don’t want to do it. I want to be healthy, I want to be here to see my grandkids grow up one day whenever I get them 😂
What are you NOT wanting to do, or think you can’t fit into your schedule, that you want the ‘end result’, more?
I’ve talked a lot about relational sales versus transactional sales.
Networking goes wrong when you sell before building a relationship with your prospect. The biggest disconnect in networking is that everyone wants to sell, and no one wants to buy. So, just imagine yourself with the sales skills of building relations with your prospects, and how different it feels to them when you don’t push your wares at first contact.
