Homemade #Starbucks #eggbites! I think I finally perfected it lol 😂 but healthier 😀 #recipe
10 #organic #eggs
2 C organic #cottagecheese
1 C organic shredded #cheddarcheese
1 C organic shredded #mozzarellacheese
Crumbled #bacon 🥓
Little Salt n pepper
Put all but bacon in #vitamix mix on #2 low.
Put some bacon crumbles in 24 mini cup muffin pan then fill w a TBS egg mixture
Cook on 350 for 20-25 minutes
Extra tip: hate cleaning those mini cups? use a silicone muffin pan, but put it on a #cookiesheet because it’s so flimsy but then they come out SO easy n it’s SO easy to clean!!!
