God has uniquely privileged Laurie to serve Him in numerous capacities over the past few decades. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the inception of her web & graphics, branding, marketing, and design company. Recognizing her talents as gifts to be shared, she pledged to utilize her skills for divine purpose. This commitment manifested in the creation of over a thousand websites, marketing materials, training platforms, and courses for pastors, churches, evangelists, missionaries, colleges, and a diverse range of business clients. Her expertise extended to comprehensive rebranding initiatives, empowering organizations to articulate their vision with clarity and impact.

Beyond her business acumen, Laurie is a prolific author, having penned the best-selling books "Keep Those Clients" and "We All Have Choices," and co-founded the transformative "Gratitude Girls - 100 Day Gratitude Journal Challenge." She has also contributed her insights to three additional publications. As a sought-after motivational speaker and corporate sales trainer, Laurie inspires audiences with her authentic voice and empowering message, often called upon for special speaking engagements around the world. Her dedication to education is further evidenced by her five years of teaching at her children's Christian school and her subsequent decision to homeschool them, allowing her to balance her growing speaking career with her commitment to family.

Her mission to empower women to embrace their God-given potential has taken her across the globe, where she shares her wisdom and encouragement with diverse audiences. Laurie's life, however, has not been without profound challenges. In 2013, she experienced the devastating loss of her children's father in a tragic accident, navigating the complexities of grief while raising her four children, then aged 25, 18, 16, and 12.

Believing in God's guidance for her life, Laurie remarried in April 2020 to Kevin Radecki, following their meeting in December 2019. Laurie prayed for exactly what she wanted in a husband and God showed Himself strong in giving her more than she asked in a God-fearing and God-loving husband.

Our 1st meal out of our 2nd box from #GreenChef my hysband has been really loving these meals!!! I love that it’s still all #organic and I still have to cook n prepare it all but not having to go to the grocery store, wear a mask, look for the ingredients etc! Lol

We both really liked this one, but I could tell it wasn’t going to be enough, so the broth from the chicken I took and used to mix in w some mashed potatoes 🥔 so of course then it made it not #keto anymore, but it was still healthy overall

Chicken breasts in skillet w oil salt n pepper, then add spiced vegetable broth, add 2TBS butter when it’s close to done.

Another skillet add diced red cabbage, onions, garlic, cumin, salt n pepper. Drizzle w cilantro cider vinaigrette.

Tempurpedic pillowfrom bed bath and beyond

Oh my goodness, I’ve never been one to soend much on a #pillow, all pretty much the same $5 or $50, or more…so why spend more? Lol Kevin made me try a new pillow, I got this one from Bed Bath & Beyond, Tempur-Pedic USA, I didn’t say much the first couple nights thinking, well we are still moving stuff daily from the other houses, and going they and cleaning and then back here and organizing, that we go to bed exhausted every night anyway! But seriously, I have slept SO much better the last week, it’s incredible! I really didn’t think it could make that much of a difference! I’ve always woke a few times a night, but the last few months I’ve struggled to fall back to sleep, or go to sleep to begin with, the last week, I’ve fell asleep quicker, I have woke as much n when I did I was able to fall right back to sleep and feel SO much more rested! 💖

Got the #Rockefeller w #blackenedshrimp and he got the Bacon n cheddar w #blackenedchicken, both w #glutenfreepasta we got the anti pasta salad and tiramisu to split.

Was good n fast eat! We were able to order online n it was ready when we got there, that made it nice!

Lunch after our chiropractor appt in #GreenHills at etc. Nashville I had the catch of the day, #salmon, the #avacadomash and black beans, he had the #pattymelt burger w chips, we had #cauliflower for appetizer and shared the #Strawberry geese cake for desert 😁 our server Marlina was wonderful too!!! Definitely going on our list to revisit

Pork chops w Tzatziki

Tonight’s #GreenChef dinner is #PorkChops w #Tzatziki and #ChardSalad

Chop grape tomatoes and garlic and put in tin foil on baking sheet at 400 w olive oil salt n pepper for 20 minutes

Chop chard and artichoke hearts and put in bowl. Drizzle w garlic-herb lemon vinaigrette and add sunflower seeds and feta cheese.

Put pork chops in skillet w olive oil, fennel orange spice blend, salt n pepper. Sear 3 min each side then put in oven 7 minutes.

Slice pork chops n put on plate w roasted tomatoes n drizzle w tzatziki sauce, add salad on the side.

This was 750 cal, so I gave Kevin a little more meat so his was closer to 1000 and mine 500. Thus one was really good too! Although I think I’d make it w spinach or romaine salad 🥗😁

We absolutely loves eating here, one of our favorites! #Crabcake and #Bruschetta for appetizer, the dinner was pineapple 🍍 #halibut w #asparagus, #FiletMignon w #potatoes, #salmon w #BrusselSprouts and #desert was #carrotcake w strawberries a cream cheese frosting and caramel!!! Oh my goodness so yummy!!!!! Literally everything was so good, and Brad our waiter was wonderful!
