This commitment manifested in the creation of over a thousand websites, marketing materials, training platforms, and courses for pastors, churches, evangelists, missionaries, colleges, and a diverse range of business clients. Her expertise extended to comprehensive rebranding initiatives, empowering organizations to articulate their vision with clarity and impact.

Beyond her business acumen, Laurie is a prolific author, having penned the best-selling books "Keep Those Clients" and "We All Have Choices," and co-founded the transformative "Gratitude Girls - 100 Day Gratitude Journal Challenge." She has also contributed her insights to three additional publications. As a sought-after motivational speaker and corporate sales trainer, Laurie inspires audiences with her authentic voice and empowering message, often called upon for special speaking engagements around the world. Her dedication to education is further evidenced by her five years of teaching at her children's Christian school and her subsequent decision to homeschool them, allowing her to balance her growing speaking career with her commitment to family.

Laurie's life, however, has not been without profound challenges. In 2013, she experienced the devastating loss of her children's father in a tragic accident, navigating the complexities of grief while raising her four children, then aged 25, 18, 16, and 12.

Mix ground pork w cotija cheese ancho, cumin, oregano salt n pepper into little balls, put in skillet w a little olive oil then cover in spices enchilada sauce. Cover n Cook on low about 15 min.

Put olive oil cabbage gatrlic snap peas salt n pepper in skillet n simmer about 15 min on low. (I added sazonador seasoning n a little butter)

Organized closets yeah!

Finally got my closet all #organized 😁

We decided, as hard as my #ocd brain is going to have with this, hang everything up properly…..as we wear/wash things, I will hang them up backwards. Since this is the end of the year already we decided to give till the end of 2021, whatever is in our closets but not turned around we will give to someone else to love…..lol Then 2022 will start w all clothes backwards, and as we wear/wash we will turn right, etc 😁 also I noticed this way, I need more yellow and green stuff 😂😂😂

In blender put onion vinegar 2 tsp sugar n salt let sit to ‘pickle’

Olive oil in pan w pork salt n pepper

Add poblano n onion mix, salt n pepper.

Add southwest spice, stock concentrate, n tomato paste

Separate bowl mix sour cream, lime juice, and chipotle powder, salt n pepper.

Entryway for our home

Things are coming together, and we are starting to make this house look and feel more like a home!! We’ve been reluctant to put anything in the walls till we get furniture in place, so we can decide things….

He finished refinishing and painting this cabinet we decided is perfect by this little nook by our front door.

In that, we decided that he will put some things he loves and wants to keep from his late wife, and the other half I will put some things I love and want yo keep from my late husband…..it’s such a perfect memory spot for us, and we both cherish that part of our lives.

This turquoise vase I got from #HomeGoods and the flowers I picked for it from #HobbyLobby tie in elegantly on top of the chest.

Then to top it off so perfectly is this picture w flowers similar to what’s in the vase and says “The Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace” Numbers 6:26 is exactly the verse we needed for that area to cherish. 💙
