Gratitude

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin flying w me to TX to see my sister n vacationing w me otw back 😀

I am grateful and thankful for getting to see my sister, husband n 3 of her kids, getting to have dinner n spend some time together

I am grateful and thankful for Harrahs giving us a room at 5am! After not booking a hotel in advance cuz we weren’t sure how far we’d feel like driving, we decided to start looking in Baton Rouge at 2am, w the LSU game they were all sold out so we kept driving n stopping n checking hotels, he’d go in n ask, I’d call others around n no one had anything till we got to Biloxi almost 5am smh 🤦‍♀️ we’ve both done it this way many times but never had this experience lol 😂

I am grateful and thankful for Curtis arranging to drop off my new truck to us at the airport so we didn’t have to wait n could just take off

I am grateful and thankful for the beautiful weather n great food here! Such a relaxing day n looking at Gods beauty n realizing all this was under water not long ago, makes me also remember the Nashville flood years ago, and how protected we’ve been n to be more grateful and grateful we can travel like this n read all the history all along the beach while we walked 💜

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin taking us to dinner w his son n his wife, and their cousin 😀

I am grateful and thankful for getting to visit for the day w my daughter-in-love, seeing the nursery all ready n talking for hours 😀

I am grateful and thankful for despite us going back n forth on taking out the fireplace or not, I do like how much more it opened up the room and some of the wood behind the brick n above needed to be replaced so it was probably a good thing.

I am grateful and thankful for our roof getting done today! As slow as many things seems to have gone, it gets exciting seeing more done n getting closer!

I am grateful and thankful for my kitchen design specs 2nd proof, it’s coming along n getting excited on that!!!

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin taking us into town to have lunch n play miniature golf w the family

I am grateful and thankful for Jason n Angie inviting us to spend time w them on their vacation this week!

I am grateful and thankful for the good food at sunliner diner today

I am grateful and thankful for the woods all around our home out here n going out for a walk

I am grateful and thankful for being able to relax w Kevin and just enjoy our stay in the cabin as much as I’m used to running n doing on all our vacations to get the mist of our time, it was nice to sit back n relax together tonight also

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin taking us all to Dollywood 😁💗

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin taking me to several places today to look at windows and even longer us sitting on the couch reading and looking at even more for our home.

I am grateful and thankful for the man at Pella windows in Nashville taking SO much time to talk to us about the different types of windows and differences.

I am grateful and thankful for a man here in Columbia, that called us to talk about the windows he carries and set an appt w us next week when we get back in town

I am grateful and thankful for our builder getting so much work done this week – finally getting more excited! 🙂

I am grateful and thankful for the yummy green smoothies we got in Spring hill tonight – mine had avocado in it and was yummy!

I am grateful and thankful for Kevin taking me to Jonathan’s Grille (Franklin, TN) to see one of my favorite waitresses n have a yummy salad!

I am grateful and thankful for seeing Tara and the super yummy salad today w of course great service ☺️

I am grateful and thankful for an appt we had this morning I was nervous about and one of my friends telling me some things to help comfort my heart 💜 #GoodFriendsAreATreasure
