Someone wanted a snack tonight w the #funfetti chips he got lol

#ChocolateChipOatmealCookies

In blender put:

2 c oatmeal

2 c gluten free flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder and soda each

In mixer put:

1 cup real butter, sugar, brown sugar each

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Once mixed well, slowly add in top mix…..stirring well (low if not by hand)

Once mixed well, add some funfetti chips and chopped walnuts (optional), or anything else you want.

Scoop on cookie sheet (#pamperedchefstone) tastes better than any cookie sheet. 375 for 10 min

Asparagus on cookie sheet w extra virgin #oliveoil salt n pepper, 10-20 min in oven until tender crisp. (I do mine from frozen so about 20, fresh about 10)

#Chickenbreasts in skillet w salt n pepper, 2 TBS real butter, 3 garlic cloves minced. Cook on low heat.

In blender put 1 lemon, 4oz chicken broth, 2TBS Dijon mustard n blend (I do #7 on vitamix) add to skillet.

Take a few #prosciutto slices and cover the chicken (about 2-3 slices over each), then cover w sliced #mozerella, cover n continue following till cheese melted.

About 1/2 tsp salt, pepper

Organic #galaapple

Bacon crumbles

#ColbyCheese

Put eggs, tiny bit water 💧, salt, pepper, apple in mixer n blend (I use vitamix on #7)

Cook over low heat, once eggs start to set, add bacon crumbles, then top w shredded cheese once eggs start to brown on bottom.

Then of course if your husband really likes bacon you can give him the extra on the side 😂

Great dinner after Kevin working at the Smyrna house and packing up more stuff, while I did y internet work w faster speeds lol 😂 I think I found my new fav mango chicken w loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus, Kevin got soup so he could have desert lol and he still tried mine too 😁 our server was wonderful! Food tasted amazing!
