I spoke a while ago at a #Kellerwilliams office, to teach about 50 #realtors how to better #keepintouch with their #clients.
Neat thing I learned while there, one of the #agents spoke, he said he stopped at a #house that had a #forsalebyowner sign in the yard.
He stopped to ask if he might be able to help become the lady’s #realestateagent.
She was 82 years old, she said she goes to #church with several #Realestateagents, but none had asked for her #business.
She gave him the business, because he simply asked. Then she told him that she owns 49 more #properties that she wants to sell.
