Testimonial from Erika – headache heart

Testimonial from Erika – #headache #heart

My family doctor said to take suvexx as soon as the first sign of a headache/migraine appears. On the first page of the description of this medicine, it is stated that the first side effect is that it may cause heart-related problems……….

(My mom passed away because of heart-related problems, which is in my family history).

So at the first sign of a migraine, I remembered that I had something which would not cause any side effects.

I used this patch to ease my migraine for the first time yesterday. Even though I have been using its siblings (other patches) for other reasons with excellent results, I was skeptical but deep in my heart, I knew I could count on its power, and today was the day to put it to the test on myself.

When I use medication for the migraine, it takes at least 4-5 hours for it to take effect.

Not to mention that it will be hard on my liver and create all kinds of side effects…

This little miracle only took approximately 30 minutes to make me forget my pain. #FreedomPatch

How having a Home Based Business can save you money on taxes

All right, everyone. We are going to go ahead and get started. So my name is Laurie Delk Radecki, and we do training each week here. And so tonight i’m going to talk about one of the biggest things for having benefits for having an at home based Business is all the things that you can write off, all the things that you can save on your taxes. And so i’m just going to go over a few different points of ideas of what you can write off, what you can keep track of, and the type of money you can save.

So if you don’t have a home based business, you’re missing out on all these tax deductions. So that’s one huge thing. Reason and benefit of why you want to start a any type of home based business.

the first one, of course, is keep track of everything.
For example, if you’re buying paper for your office, save the receipt I use, quicken to keep track of all my transactions, and I can put them in different categories, and I can organize them.

You can put them for, if you drive to the store for your meetings, you want to save those. If you’re buying lunches with your team or having lunches with prospects or hotels, anything that can be used in your business. You can keep track of it. You can use it as a deduction and claim it off your taxes, so you don’t have to pay as much in taxes.

So another thing is to write off your workspace – so like here you can see i’m in my office here, so I have a dedicated workspace, but I don’t have to sit in my office all the time right because I have a laptop. I can sit wherever I want, and a lot of people Don’t have a dedicated workspace, and that’s fine, too. You can still write off a percent of your home, even if it’s not a dedicated workspace.

You just have to figure out what that percentage is compared to your house, and you want to save that. whatever that is, it can be up to 300 square feet, so it can’t be more than that. But and of course always i’m not a tax accountant, so you always check with your tax accountant it for you know the rules for your State or your area, or whatever. But you can also write off that same amount of percentage for utilities & insurance & your mortgage.

All those things you can write off.
You can write off those for utilities and for any other type of deductions and your office space.

The next one is for updating your equipment. So you always want to update your equipment like you could think about a lot of times. People say I don’t want to spend the money on a new laptop or whatever your office furniture, software for your computer anything can be a 100% deduction the year it’s acquired. And so there’s no reason to not update things. You want to get things updated and have them because you can write them off on your business.

another thing you can do to write off on your taxes is to save for retirement, so you can save money towards your retirement. You can write off the contributions to
to your to your retirement. You can write those off also, as you’re saving them and saving for your retirement.

Another thing is talking to clients. So when you’re talking to clients you can write off a percent of your phone. If you talk to clients on it. So i’m on my phone almost all day with clients. And so you can write off a percent of that to your clients as well.

So then also like your Internet, if you use it in your business, you can also write your Internet off. So figure out a percent that your devices that you use for your Internet in your business and think about the cost versus the business and your household versus the business and you can deduct that accordingly. And so you just want to think about like how many devices you have on the Internet. So you know, you might have your like. I have my desk in my office, and then I have my phone, and then I have my laptop. But then we also have the TV. So that’s all personal, You know. My husband has a phone, and my husband has a laptop. So you want to think about all the things, and then you can only do that to percentage portion of that.

Then like lunches and dinners. So if you take a client out to eat, or even if you just pay for yourself. But you’re talking about business. You’re meeting people. So if you go to like networking lunch, you can write that off for business. If you if you meet people for a one on one after the luncheons, to get to know people and talk to them about your business, you could write those off. If you take your team out to dinner, you can write that off.

Then also like business trips. So anywhere you go you could write that off, so a 100% of travel expenses can be wrote off there. Those are deductible, and then about 50% normally on meals. Same thing. I’m not a tax accountant, so you always want to check with your tax professional on that. But you want to keep your receipts. You want to make sure that you’re keeping track of all your expenses and all your receipts and so but anything on travel expenses. So your flight, your mileage on the car, your
your food while you’re eating out on your business trip, so like we have an event in Orlando, Florida next month. I plan to fly down. I’ll be staying in a hotel.
and so we can stay an extra day and go to the beach. Now that part you can’t write off, but you can write off because I flew down there for the event, so I can write that off. I can right off staying in the hotel.

So you want to think of those things. So whenever you have business trips, or even if you want to take a vacation turn it into a business trip, do business while you’re on the trip and, like I tell a lot of times. My team, you know, have an event in your area. Invite 20 people into the room, and i’ll fly out and or drive out and come speak there for you, and I can write that off on business, and we get to take a little mini vacation with it. So it’s a neat way. You can do that. I used to do that with my kids as they were growing up. I would always have them fly with me on my business trips, or we would drive and we would always stay an extra day or 2 to do different things. And but then that was wrote off on business, too.

So and then the last thing is, employ your family so you can deduct their salaries. I used to give my kids things to do. I trained them on doing different things for me, my youngest daughter. I didn’t even start texting until she was 18. She always had my phone, and she would read me what the text would say, and I would answer her. And because the kids, of course, could type way faster than I could.
but employ your family. You can deduct their salaries and the cool thing is, kids under 17. They don’t have. They don’t incur those social security taxes, and yet you can also teach them to save. You can teach them to save money every month, and even before you know they’re of age to go work at a business. You can be employing them and and giving them things to do to help you.

I still have My daughter helps me to to this day going to different events, and she will run the signing table for me, or she will do camera videos for me. I teach her all those different things, and then I can pay her to do those things. That’s a tax. Write off.

So those are a few of the things for ideas on writing stuff off on taxes. I’m. Going to go ahead and stop the recording and open it up for our live Q. A.

Adaptability, Face Your Fears and more

Hello, everyone. My name is Laurie Delk Radecki, and we are going to talk tonight. I started out this training when I was writing my notes to be talking about being adaptable and facing your fears, and then I kinda trailed into some other things, so we’ll see where it leads. But one of the things I wanted to talk about is facing your fears like I remember. you know, as as I was raising my 4 children. I never left them alone. I/we rarely, almost never even went on a date without the kids. We we always kept the kids with us. I never traveled without the kids. We would always do family vacations. I took them with me everywhere. When I started speaking engagements and speaking on stages around the world, I took my children with me. That was my plan. That was how I how I raised them. That was how I chose to do things.

I remember back in 2,013, I was asked to speak on stage, at an event that was on a cruise, and it was right after my kids dad had passed away. I had never been on a cruise before, and i’d always wanted to go on one, but I was always too chicken, and I had actually even won one in a company several years before that, and I gave it away because it was too chicken, because, like hello, the Titanic, I saw it right! But anyway, so this event I was asked to speak at on stage, but it was on a cruise, and I really wanted to go, and I was freaking out, though, and so I asked my youngest son, who was 12 at the time, If he wanted to go on the cruise with mommy, and obviously I knew he couldn’t save me,

But I joked with him, and I said, you know, if it sinks, you know you’ll save me right? You’ll I’ll get me to shore. And But I remember I talked to my travel agent, I talked to the people, other people that were going on the cruise, the leaders of the event that asked me to speak there and drilled everybody about it. They were all like. Oh, it only goes out about 5 miles from shore, and you know it’s a a short cruise, so it’s really stay stays close to land, and I was still paranoid….. but I went, and then I loved it. And then I went on like 3 cruises a year every year after that!It was one thing that, you know one thing, going to events. If you can ever get to an event for a company event, go – because you always grow at them, and you learn other things.

And a lot of times. Events are online and things…. But you’ll still learn more things as you go to events, and as you get around other people that are leaders in the company and things, you’re always going to grow, and especially if it’s something that where you have to face your fears, you’re going to grow at that event or that situation.

I remember, even though I was one of the speakers, At this event I grew so much just from pushing myself through, facing those fears, to get on the cruise and go to this event, and one thing that you know that I told myself in my head like, rather than thinking in my head – what could happen Bad? like what could happen like if we hit an iceberg. I know we weren’t gonna do that because it was like California to Mexico.

But you know thinking about it, you know what if a hole gets in it. What if you know a shark gets you or it sinks, or whatever you get eaten by sharks right? But what GOOD could happen? So whenever I thought those negative thoughts. I decided to replace them with positive thoughts – It Doesn’t work If you just say i’m not going to think about that,….

because your mind’s already going….. So make your mind replace that with something good. So what GOOD could happen? Good out of the situation?

I got to know a lot more leaders in the company. I got trained by the other leaders and the other speakers in the company. I met tons of new people there. I faced my fears of going on the cruise. I found out that I really loved it, and I’ve been on like 20 cruises since then.

So just whenever you think of something negative, just reframe it into something positive and on purpose – What could happen? Good instead of thinking what could happen bad.

Then also use that in your team in your building….What if I could help a 100 people in this company. Right? What if I could help 10 people in this company?
What if I could help a 1,000 people in this company? What if I could help 10,000 people in this company.

You know another event that I spoke at the biggest event that I’ve ever spoke at. It was over 10,000 people in the crowd, and you know, and I had gotten to where I had been on stage
thousands of times at different events. And so I got very comfortable speaking at different events, but this was the biggest one it went from like 5,000 at the one of my other biggest events to over 10,000, and you know I got nervous, but that’s it like. What if I could? What if I could help influence 10,000 people?

So whatever you really want just like, Take the chance because it what could happen? Right? I mean nothing, Probably negative is going to happen. Many things probably positive are going to happen.

If you are thinking that there is a chance also to make like a full time income in this company…. so like I remember when I first started out, and in network marketing, and technically it was where it was doing my doing the own. My own direct sales type business at home my first company with tupperware. I wanted to make an extra 50 to a $100 a month.

I didn’t have to buy my husband, his birthday gift with his own money, right?
so that was my goal. That was my plan, and quickly I ended up getting the van, and long story short……Now, several several years later, here we are.

What if I could make an extra 50 to a $100 a month? Now I’ve made thousands and thousands of dollars a month, and millions in years, and so you never know where it’s going to lead, and especially if you keep reading, If you keep doing trainings, if you keep growing, If if you keep learning.

you’re gonna get better all the time, and that’s gonna lead you to different and more and better opportunities, whether it’s with the same company, or a different company, or whatever. But you’re always going to grow so that’s one thing that you want to do. You want to constantly keep growing.

like with me. One thing that I try to do is I try to help people make better incomes, but also help families, help relationships, help marriages.
help people with their self development, help people with their mindset. When you get all those things, and you work on all those things. Then everything in every area helps to get better as well.

The more you are on like trainings like this, the more you go to other company trainings. The more you learn, the more you will grow, and the more better your life will be, and every single aspect of your life.

One huge thing is communication and respect. That’s with everyone in your life. It’s with your family. It’s with your team.

It’s huge, no matter where, at in any aspect of your life or your business

Drama can and will happen, no matter how much you try to avoid it.
But when it happens, don’t fall, prey to it.
Don’t air your dirty laundry, whether it’s personal or professional. Don’t air it on Facebook, don’t air it in texting to other people. Don’t message it to other people.

It makes a difference how you about it. If you do that, keep it to yourself. Learn and grow through it.

I offer my cell phone to everyone on my team like not just my personal people, but everyone on my team.
I tell people, and I train people, and I ask my leaders to train their people
to go to our team group. Do a search in that group for whatever you’re looking for, because most of the time your answers in the group already.
People, when they join new there’s thousands of posts in there already.
I also tell people go through all the posts. When you have time.
take 30 min, and just go through different posts, like or love it, and that’s that way. You can keep track of what you’ve read already, or what you’ve watched. If it’s a video or checked out, you’ve looked at.

If you Don’t. Find your answer, then post in the group and ask a question.
We have lots of other leaders that we are developing on our team, and they will answer. If I don’t answer it right away, they will hop in there, and they will answer it also.

And then, third, always text your question to whoever your personal sponsor is, if you hadn’t found it in one of those other first 2 ways.

and then, of course the next. If you still don’t get your answer, or don’t get your answer in a timely manner, especially if it’s something important, you know, because sometimes those things happen, then text me your question, and I usually answer in the same thing. I have a life, too, so sometimes I might be tied up with something.
but I do try to answer as quickly as I possibly can.

The only way you lose in the company is, if you quit. So Some people I know like this month, and last month we had lots of promotions on our team, and i’m so happy, so excited for everybody that is promoted on our team.

But you know you can go fast, or you can go slow like I had somebody that was upset that they didn’t get promoted right. Had several people, and had talked to me about that. And the thing is, you know it doesn’t matter how fast you go doesn’t matter how slow you go.

The thing is that you keep moving forward.

You get better personally as well as you grow personally and professionally and financially.
and as long as you keep moving forward and don’t quit.
then you’re going to get better every day, right? So just like the story of the rabbit and the turtle right the turtle still one. It just took him longer to get there.

but the rabbit kind of screwed off and went sideways and different ways and all that stuff. If you keep going forward in that straight line you’re going to get better, and your 5 to 10 year down the road Self is going to thank you today for keeping on moving forward. And it doesn’t matter like I said, how slow, how fast you know.

If you can go faster, of course, always go faster, but lots of people have a lot of stuff going on – just like with me, You know we are in the middle of building another house. We’re in the middle of packing this house, and I watch my grand baby a couple of days a week now, and
so, and i’m remarried now. And so it’s like – I have a life just like a lot of people, right? And so

it depends on how quick or how slow you can go, or how much time you can devote to your company, and different people have different areas. But the thing is as long as you keep moving forward as long as like in our company. You keep doing the balance test. You keep sharing it and keep showing it to people you keep sharing the testimonials.

The easy way is sharing your testimonial, the testimonials on your social media or otherwise into people’s inboxes, or invite them to our testimonial group.

and though these patches sell their self anyway, and then people just ask you about it, and they end up signing up.
