How to improve your marketing

hey, everyone. This is Laurie Delk Radecki And I am gonna talk to you tonight about how to get better at marketing.

So my first tip is just simply to smile more
Nobody likes a frowning face. Right, everybody. If you smile a lot, then people are more attracted to you so
check your face. You know one thing. I’m I’m still at my my son’s house, and so I’m in third kitchen tonight. But But at home. When I have my desk set up, I have a little mirror on my desk, and and it’s just
it’s small and a lot of times I don’t even look in it, but it’s there for the reminder of check myself, and to see what I look like to make sure that even if you’re not on a zoom, even if you’re not on a video conference call. If you’re talking to someone on the phone.
they can feel if you’re smiling or not. So just remember that’s one of the biggest things is smile more.
And then on that same note, though, is always positivity like no one likes the negative, Nellie, or the complaining Cornella.
Everybody likes positive people right? So think positive. Think in a way
that you can change whatever thought that you got negative and switch it to a positive. So usually, there’s a way that you can do that, or you can just push that thought out of your mind and think of something else that’s positive.
But the more that you look for the positive in your life. the more that you will see the positive every day, and you’ll find it more.
And another thing is just like, develop your personality like work on your personality, work on.
You’re talking back to other people so you can work on your communication skills. You can learn about the different personality types. Figure out what yours is, but learn how to talk to other people also, as you could see. I’m maybe sitting tonight, too.
but and re-evaluate your business every day and see what activities work. Well.
think about what has worked well for you, and what hasn’t like, what has worked great, or what didn’t work.
or what can you do better.
or what worked for you before. But then you stopped.
For whatever reason, right? A lot of times, something is working great, and for whatever reason we stop doing that right
and so, or think about. What have you not tried yet? What is working for somebody else that you’ve heard? But you’ve been too chicken to try it.
Why not try it.
But reevaluate your business and what you’re doing all the time, so you can achieve the best results possible.
And one thing to remember is, you know water is super super super duper. Hot it to 11,
but it boils at 212. Right?
So think about what you’ve been doing, and your life and your business that you can do just that one more degree.
just that one more little thing
right? So you might be doing a lot of things, or you might think I can’t. I just can’t put anything else in my schedule.
And that’s okay. But what’s one thing that you could do
that maybe doesn’t take very much time at all. So think of those different things. Maybe it’s an a one extra post a day on social media. Right? That’s just one little thing.
And so another thing on marketing to get better at marketing is.
know what each of our products do and what they are for. So I’ve sent out little like cheat sheets, I call them, what each patch does and what they’re for, and keep them on your phone. Put an album in your phone and call it the super Patches, and put any pictures that are related to that in that folder. So that way you have quick access to them.
read in our testimonial group
at least 2 to 3 testimonies a day, the same thing. That’s only going to take you about 5 min, but as you read them.
then those words get in your head. And so that’s gonna help you to memorize them and get those stories in your head about what each thing does and how it does it.
and then post a testimonial to your wall every day.
and so do at least one like. That’s what I do. I read 3 to 5 a day.
and then I post at least one a day. Sometimes I post more. It just depends on what other things I’m posting also, or how busy our day is. But the same thing. I always try to at least post one.
also go on all your different social media channels, and
think of your personal testimonial like, why are you doing this? Why are you wearing the patches? Why are you doing it, and give your personal testimonial. Do a live on that.
and don’t worry about if you’re not good, or
what people comment, or if they don’t comment or whatever do it, anyway, because you never know who is watching. I get comments all the time from people that tell me
that they’ve been watching me that they’ve been reading, and I had literally had no idea, never noticed that they liked or loved or commented.
They weren’t doing any of those things, but yet they were watching my posts, or they were watching my lives, or they were watching my stories. So you never know who’s watching, even if you don’t
think that there’s anybody watching, so do them, anyway.
and the more you share. the more you are going to attract people to you, the more especially you’re going to attract people to you that are that are like you. Maybe they have the same testimonial. I signed up several people
that had the issues with the sciatic, because that’s what I had, and that’s the testimonial that I gave
so share with people. What a difference it has made in your life, and if you do that, you’re gonna get more people attracted to you.

What Separates You From Others

Hey, hey, everyone! Good evening. This is Laurie Delk Radecki, and I’m going to talk to you tonight about what separates you from others like.
how is it at when you’re working your business like? Are you going for it? Do you have like a lot of hustle? Do you have motivation?
And then also, do you have heart? Do you have love? Do you connect with people?
So? You know women are very emotional creatures, and many times people say
you need to hustle, you need to move to get to the things that you want. and although I totally agree with that. I also
say that you need to remember to put your heart into it like what is the best thing for them like? Not you like not. What do you need to get to your next promotion. You always want to know that, and you always want to be looking at that.
But as far as helping someone else to figure out what they should get.
You need to look at what’s in it best for them. What products do they need, or what service do they need? That’s gonna fit them best.
And what does your intuition tell you right like? Think about that like a lot of times. You know, we have that still, small voice in the back of our head.
and it tells us things right. And so a lot of times that comes from your heart also, and you want to stick with that? Not just, you know, the same thing. What do you need to get
to the next thing that you want to get? And so how do you want to help them?
You want to help them by selling from your heart, so to speak. you should still hustle. You should still push every day, you should still try to move fast.
you should push forward, but think about it at the same time.
How can I help this person? How can I serve this person
right? Pull that from your heart. So good things come to people
who work hard and who work fast and who hustle.
but also have heart, and truly want to help others from their heart. And so, you know, you want somebody that that loves you and cares for you, and wants
your best for you. And so that’s what you need to show to your people, too. And so for you go back to your why
think about like, why are you doing this business? You have to have that heart, and you have to have that passion. And so you also do have to have the hustle and the push forward and to move.
But you have to take care of yourself. If you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t help other people right like they say in the airlines, you know. Put on the mask for yourself before you try to help someone else.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
So go back to your why like what is your why, and then write that down, and then ask yourself why of that paragraph. and then ask yourself why of that previous paragraph, and ask yourself why of that previous paragraph? Find, like your core reasons of why you’re doing this business
and ask your people that, too, and get to know your people.
and that way you end up caring for them. You end up loving them enough to help them to get to their next level of what they want.
And you know you, you want to help your people excel. You don’t want to do it for them, but you want to help them excel. See what they need to get to that next level to
push them forward to motivate them and to help them, maybe think outside the box.
Different people, you know. That’s why people hire coaches all the time, because a lot of times someone
on the outside that’s not so involved can see a little bit more. And that’s what you can do for your team, too, and for your customers, your team members.
But talk to them, find out what they want, find out what is their why.
figure out how you can help them.
but get to know them, get to know your people. When you put your love in your care and your heart into your team, they’re gonna be there for you, and they’re gonna help you when you need it to like.
You need to buy some more products. Have more volume on your team for you to get that next promotion right? Your team is going to be there for you to help you out if they can. Obviously right. But
but when they feel that love and that care, and you’re using your heart to help them.
It makes a huge difference, and people stay with you and so make sure to get to know your people. Make sure to get to know your leaders, make sure to get to know
everybody of what they want and why they’re in the business. And
the same thing. Figure out how you can help each other, get to the levels, into the to the different parts in the company that you want to get to. And
that way you excel together, and you grow together, and you build together.
and when people feel your heart
they’re going to stay by you, they’re not going to leave
to go chase another rainbow somewhere else. Right? They’re gonna especially, of course, if you have good product or good service, or whatever. Right then then they’re gonna stay with you, and they’re gonna stick with you also. And so you want to make sure to remember that. And still, like, I said, still build fast, still talk to more people. The more you talk to people, the more faster you’re going to grow right, the more knows you’re going to get, but also the more yeses you’re going to get.
But as you get to know your people and you grow your people together with you.
then, like, they say together, everyone achieves more. Right? You’re all going to achieve more, and you’re all going to get better. So make sure to use your heart

Laurie’s Lessons Coaching & training – What if You’re wanting to give up?

Hey, everyone, this is Laurie Delk Radecki
I’m gonna talk to you and train tonight on what if you’re thinking of giving up? I want you to just dream a little bit.
I’ve helped thousands of women get to 500 a month, a thousand a month, 5,000 a month, 10,000 a month and more. And I’ve been in the network marketing
arena for about 35 years and top of several different companies. And I just want to help you to think about, no matter what company you’re in.

But of course, especially if you’re in my company on my team. But think about like the what ifs that would happen like?
What if I could make 5,000 a month? What if I could make 10,000 a month? What if I could make 15,000 a month.
Just think, What IF?
25 times fill up a WHOLE piece of paper
I want you to screenshot it. Now I want you to email it to me at LaurieDelk@gmail.com

But I want you to write out the whole page, and I want you to think about it, and I want you to read it every day from now on to you start realizing some of those things because the thing is, once you start thinking about it. Your mind goes to figure out the how right.

So you also want to think about it. And you want to think about things in detail. You want to think about it till you believe it, because when you believe it, you can achieve it.

And so 25 things, I want you to fill up that page, and I want you to send it to me. Text it to me or email it to me,
get your list out, though, and I want to help you go on this journey so you can realize it. And so you can see how your life can change.

how my life changed when I hit those numbers and achieve those things for me and for my children and my family, and how it made a difference, and it can for you, too, if you just focus. And if you just think about it, and if you push yourself.

and so there’s a lot of things to do. And of course, you know the affirmations and attracting people and signing up people and personal development is huge. But this is very huge. And so I want you to do it. If you are on my team especially, I want everyone on my team doing this and sending it to me
right out. What if so, here’s a couple of others like, what if I could help 10 women make $500 a month?

What if I can help
100 women make $500 a month. What if I could help a thousand women make just $500 a month?
They say that most people that file bankruptcy. They wouldn’t have had to file if they just found a way to make 3 to $500 a month extra.
What if I could buy the car. My dreams right out what your dream car is. See it, feel it, believe it, smell it.
detail in detail what all you have on it.
What if I could pay off my mom’s mortgage or buy my mom a house like? How many of your moms did something great for you.
even if they did nothing else but let you be born right. But what if
you know a lot of people want to do things for their mom? What if you could do that for your mom.
What if you could put your kids in the best school that you want them to go in right, no matter what school it is. What if you could put them in the best school
right out once again, 25 things on paper, email them or text them to me. I want to see them. I want to save them for you. for when you do achieve it, because then we’re going to do another call.
But you know you get in life what you want
when you help other people get what they want.
That’s a quote from my favorite speaker and trainer, Zig Ziglar, who’s passed away, but I had the blessing of seeing him live in person
over a hundred times. I mean, he’s that good. If you look look up online any books by him. I highly recommend you read them.
but the thing is when you help other people. That’s when you make the magic happen.
visualize what it is that you believe, and that you want to achieve
to where you end up believing it. And, like I said, visualize it, see it in detail.
And then another huge thing is, get to any events that you can fly to them. Drive to them. One of my rules was always.
if they’re within a 5 to 10 h drive, I drive to them.
Now I fly a lot more. I so I say, if they’re within a 2 to 3 h drive. I drive to them. After that I usually fly, but back. When I was trying to save money I would drive to them. I would drive up to 10 h because it was cheaper on gas nowadays. Guess, isn’t that cheap? But so you could just decide. But or make make a rule for yourself.
you know. Maybe not 10 h, maybe do 5 h. If it’s within a 5 h drive that you’re gonna go to it.
watch for the sales on airlines, too, because a lot of times that can happen I used to for my first events. Before I could afford to do it, I would
cram 4 to 6 to 8 women in a hotel room.
and we would all cram in there to say just to save money, we would pack protein bars and snacks and things, so I wouldn’t have to spend money while I was traveling.
So there’s all kinds of things you can do to get to events and still save money.
But your life changes when you go to events.
even if they do them live stream or they record them. It. It’s still it just. I promise you it changes. It’s totally different when you’re there in person and
a lot of times it’s you can. It’s the meeting after the meeting or before the meeting, and so, like, we are going to and meet a meeting this coming weekend in Orlando, Florida, with my company and we are flying in Friday, and we are staying till Sunday, the meeting Saturday morning, and that’s it. And so we’re definitely going, and we are going to
be there. We’re gonna meet other people. We’re gonna visit with other people. We’re gonna visit with the top leaders in the company. And our CEO. So always do whatever you can to get to those meetings.

I just got my first set of patches yesterday….. I hurt my back thinking I could rock climb for an hour and not feel it the next day (I haven’t rock climbed in years but I was a chaperone on a grade 7/8 trip and I’m the “cool mom” so everyone was cheering me on…

I HAD to keep going 😉 ) anyways.. That was Thursday and I woke up Friday morning in quite a bit of pain

Suffered thru it all day Friday and by Saturday morning I could barely get out of bed. I actually bought the freedom patches for my hubby who has back and feet pain….

I slapped one on my back (very first time using a patch) and I was able to actually clean my house this morning and now I’m off for an adventure with my 3 kids today !

⭐️ I will say my pain isn’t 100% gone but it is close to 80% better ⭐️

I can’t wait to try the other patches I got !
