Testimonial from Bill

Testimonial from Bill – #insulindependentdiabetes #severeneuropathy #openulcers #diabetes #DiabeticCare #diabetesmanagement #Diabetic #neuropathy #neuropathytreatment

Bill has insulin dependent diabetes that is not controlled. He has severe neuropathy.

HOWEVER!! In Bill’s case and what happens with many diabetics.
He has open ulcers on both feet right at the ball of the foot.
Literally open no skin VERY bad. His feet are all bandaged up. So I put a patch on him.

Within 15 minutes this sweet man was in tears n hugged me n whispered I feel better already and my legs are tingling I haven’t had any feeling in years.

He is going to use the patch and when his ulcers heal he said he will not a go a day without 😊😊😊

Had we not had the patch this man would still be suffering 💕💕

5 tips for follow up in sales

Laurie’s Lessons – Laurie provided five tips on effective sales follow-up, emphasizing the importance of promptness, personalization, clear next steps, mixed communication channels, and consistent follow-up. She advised against relying solely on one mode of communication and suggested using a spreadsheet to track interactions and follow-ups. Laurie recommended following up with leads at least three to five times, but stressed that persistence is key, with up to nine follow-ups suggested.

Here are 5 tips for following up in sales:

  1. Be Prompt: Don’t let your leads go cold. Strike while the iron is hot and follow up with them quickly after your initial interaction, be it a meeting, call, or email.
  2. Personalize and Add Value: Avoid generic messages. Reference your previous conversation, highlighting a specific pain point they mentioned and how your product can address it. You can even include a relevant industry article or resource.
  3. Clearly Define Next Steps: Don’t leave your prospect hanging. Tell them exactly what the next step is and who needs to take action. Is it a demo, a proposal, or a call to answer any questions?
  4. Mix Up Your Communication Channels: Don’t rely solely on email. Try a follow-up call, a social media message, or even a handwritten note to stand out.
  5. Follow Up Consistently: Be persistent but not pesty. Develop a follow-up cadence that works for you and stick to it. There’s no magic number, but experts recommend following up at least 3-5 times before giving up on a lead.

Strategic Placement

What is the definition of strategy?

Strategy is a plan of action or a policy designed to achieve a major overhaul or a goal.

what is strategic placement –

the ability to place personally enrolled associates  within their first 30 days under under another associate in your downline to aid in reaching bonuses, promotions and provide overall moral.

I am a very much numbers girl, and I know and understand the comp plan – you don’t have to! All you have to do is be coachable.

But one thing I learned very quickly is how to  on my team that wants to participate

Steve my sponsor says – do whatever you have to do to get to that next promotion the fastest. So that is what I am going to teach you!

Not everyone that joins is a major recruiter not everyone has done something like this before….strategic placement allows you to build a STRONG and STABLE growing organization to grow deeper and faster  but when you have a team of leaders sharing and everyone working together to build the fastest and best strategic ways possible – then everyone wins and everyone gets more excited and more people stay on autoship as they are getting a check whether they are a major recruiter or a smaller recruiter, and as people get checks they get more excited to share more as well!

What do I need to do to hit QA – get 2 people personally referred that do the $50 plus a kit or buy at least $90 and set their smartship up w $90 so the are qualified each month.

FIRST you need to be active – meaning be a rep, and be on smart ship of at least 2 packs of patches a month so you are qualified to get commissions. then you have your other 2 people and make sure between you 3, you have $540 volume all together.

Most people can do this in one day….when you join – you should be thinking of 2-3 people that these patches can help one of the things they help with or that want to grow a business – reach out to them and tell them you are doing tis ant is the opportunity to build and encourage a strong structure.

So if you are someone that has come in, and you have been placed, or you are being placed….when your leadership gets texts from you and calls and messages that you are patching people, or questions in the business – they see you are working – and then they want to help you succeed the best they can – by helping you close your people – you don’t have to do it alone – let us help you – most people that get the amazing results you see in our groups – utilize 3 way calls, or 3 way texts, or 3 way messages etc

you can reward runners, acknowledge rising stars, build leaders…..

we get to help people who are already helping themselves.

it helps people like me, who are major recruiters, help other people who may not excel in recruiting but excel in other areas like sharing, creating, and more showing up, doing lives, being on the calls, giving testimonials, creating graphics, not one person ever excels in all areas and we need a lot of people to step up in different areas on our team, so your leaders are not overwhelmed with doing everything on their own. I sure want help not doing it all – I have a family, other business and a life too lol

so we build a structure that is essentially a community of like minded people – that is really what it is, that we all help each other when we strategically place to help each other build, we all carry traits to help each other succeed…make sure you are reaching out to your leaders to tell them what traits you think you are great at and where you can help grow our team ans a while and what you can do to help 🙂 and in what areas.

More benefits – you still get enroller bonuses! you can look at the comp plan for all the numbers if you want, but to me it is not as important – I am busy ut there building my business and doing 3 ways to help other people build their business and to grow our team as a whole rather than getting caught up in what % will I make if I place them? I am building a sTRONG SOLID team with people that STAY on smart ship cuz they see no matter what we are helping everyone in many ways, whether placing people under them, helping then if you have and build a SOUND and SOLID foundation – then the money and income adn growth will happen! Trust the process!!!!

and we build other people to help them succeed….I have been in this industry over 35 years, in the top 10 of 3 different companies in my lifetime and already one of the top leaders here and growing because of the way I build and people on my team actually get more success than they have had in any other company – many people have told me….

every new associate goes into your holding tank, in your back office under organization – strategic placement is where you see them – you have 30 days from the date they enrolled to place them somewhere if you choose to do so….my opinion is build 2 legs till you get to director, then start a 3rd leg – and constantly place people to fill in holes (now granted I put on my calendar to move them at day 25 after joining so I don’t forget – but I leave them where they are to see what they w look at who is running, who is buildable and coachable, who is on smartship for 2 packs of patches and trying?

to have a bunch of single people on my front line does NOT make sense….because if they are on smart ship and trying to recruit others great – but if they have some or little or no success but they are trying and talking and sharing and involved on calls etc….eventually they will probably go off smartship….and eventually leave the company….but if you had placed a person or two or 3 under them…..then they get a check, they get more excited – they have a firm foundation, they when you show up on calls, when you interact in our team group and help build morale, when you read in the group and learn, those are all things that show you can be buildable and become the leader you can be, then as you do that – as you share – you will get more confident and will recruit others, and if you had people placed under you – the when you get others, you check w your coach and place those people too, to same keep building and filling in any holes to make a SOLID team.

you MSUT be active when you come in – buy the $50, add a kit or not, but make sure you are on smart ship for atleast 2 packs of patches, be active in our Facebook groups you also don’t want to move someone prematurely that is why I put on my calendar for 25 days, I watch people as they come in – are they active, did they place orders, are they on calls, are they asking me questions, are they being active in our team group and liking posts, reading – learning…..

you go to strategic placement when you are ready to place someone, you click who you are placing and you add the ID number in the top box of where you are placing them, it will ask you if you are sure – it is not changeable so you need make sure, ask your sponsor or me if you have questions…

you still maintain the 11% personal enroller bonus…then you still get the 4% placement bonus if they are within your first 4 levels or so, then even later an extra 2% so don’t worry about that – worry about keeping a STRONG and SOLID team that keeps people on smart ship and helps you to get to those higher ranks and reach bonuses faster.

when you have a strong foundation and everyone is building strong – it works! and everyone wins!!!!

once again you must be active! you must be on the calls, you must be in the groups to learn and get  engaged in the groups we enable each others growth and leadership POTENTIAL not the leadership they already have, some have it ad some don’t – but we learn together and help each other some build faster than others – but when we all work together to build this way solid and strong it makes a strong solid foundation and that makes everyone soar!

add value where you can, always! add your testimonial in our testimonial group! like other posts! invite 5 friends a day to our testimonial group. Add 5 people on Facebook to your friends list every day to grow your list and your reach.

Laurie’s Lessons – How do you show up?

Laurie’s Lessons How do you show up? Laurie conducted a training session on posture and self-presentation, emphasizing the importance of acting genuinely rather than “faking” confidence. She also stressed the significance of sharing one’s product or service and personal experiences, encouraging confidence in doing so. Additionally, Laurie shared her personal journey of overcoming shyness and lack of confidence, and emphasized the importance of authenticity in social media and in life. She encouraged individuals to share imperfect moments and to strive for genuine connections with others.

Posture Training: Confidence, Ego, and Perception Laurie led a training session on posture, focusing on how individuals present themselves and are perceived.

She discouraged the use of the phrase “fake it till you make it” and instead encouraged people to act in a way that aligns with how they want to be perceived. Laurie highlighted the difference between confidence and ego, and stressed that confidence comes from genuine communication and interactions with others. She ended the session with an emphasis on the importance of speaking to more people to gain more experience and knowledge. Believing in and Sharing Your Product

Laurie emphasized the importance of believing in and sharing one’s product or service, even if it’s not universally accepted or approved. She shared her personal experience of overcoming major sciatic pain through the help of a patch, which she believes she would not have known about if someone did not share it with her. Laurie advised that one’s job is to share the information with others, and it’s up to them to decide whether they want to use or buy it. She encouraged confidence in sharing one’s own experiences and warned against spending time worrying about whether one is sharing enough or being confident enough.

Overcoming Shyness and Confidence in Company Laurie shared her personal journey of overcoming initial shyness and lack of confidence when she first joined the company. She encouraged others to share their own stories and not be discouraged if they don’t want to share on social media, emphasizing the importance of pushing oneself outside of comfort zones. Laurie also highlighted that the goal is not to convince others about the company or products, but to share one’s own experience and let others make their own decisions.

Emphasizing Authenticity in Social Media Laurie emphasized the importance of authenticity in social media and in life. She encouraged not to be afraid of sharing imperfect moments, as they can be just as valuable and relatable to others. She shared her own experiences of appearing raw and real, including having her grandson or pets appear in her videos, and noted that this approach attracted more people to her. Laurie also suggested that for major events like book launches, it’s acceptable to put in extra effort for a polished look, but it’s the raw and real that people should strive for in their everyday content.
