Laurie's life journey is a testament to unwavering faith, entrepreneurial spirit, and the transformative power of resilience. Rooted in a lifelong foundation of Christian values, instilled from her upbringing and a pivotal move from Texas to Middle Tennessee in 1986, Laurie embarked on a path marked by both professional achievement and personal devotion.
In 1993, driven by a profound desire to nurture her growing family, Laurie made a courageous decision to transition from a decade-long, successful career as an accountant at a Fortune 500 company. This pivotal moment, coinciding with her husband's aspiration to pursue his calling in law enforcement, became a catalyst for a life dedicated to purpose and service. Through prayerful consideration, they embraced both paths, demonstrating a commitment to faith-led action.
God has uniquely privileged Laurie to serve Him in numerous capacities over the past few decades. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the inception of her web & graphics, branding, marketing, and design company. Recognizing her talents as gifts to be shared, she pledged to utilize her skills for divine purpose. This commitment manifested in the creation of over a thousand websites, marketing materials, training platforms, and courses for pastors, churches, evangelists, missionaries, colleges, and a diverse range of business clients. Her expertise extended to comprehensive rebranding initiatives, empowering organizations to articulate their vision with clarity and impact.
Beyond her business acumen, Laurie is a prolific author, having penned the best-selling books "Keep Those Clients" and "We All Have Choices," and co-founded the transformative "Gratitude Girls - 100 Day Gratitude Journal Challenge." She has also contributed her insights to three additional publications. As a sought-after motivational speaker and corporate sales trainer, Laurie inspires audiences with her authentic voice and empowering message, often called upon for special speaking engagements around the world. Her dedication to education is further evidenced by her five years of teaching at her children's Christian school and her subsequent decision to homeschool them, allowing her to balance her growing speaking career with her commitment to family.
Her mission to empower women to embrace their God-given potential has taken her across the globe, where she shares her wisdom and encouragement with diverse audiences. Laurie's life, however, has not been without profound challenges. In 2013, she experienced the devastating loss of her children's father in a tragic accident, navigating the complexities of grief while raising her four children, then aged 25, 18, 16, and 12.
Believing in God's guidance for her life, Laurie remarried in April 2020 to Kevin Radecki, following their meeting in December 2019. Laurie prayed for exactly what she wanted in a husband and God showed Himself strong in giving her more than she asked in a God-fearing and God-loving husband.
Laurie's unique experiences over the past few decades provide special insight and encouragement for those who take her courses. Her story is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit, the transformative power of faith, and the profound impact of living a life dedicated to purpose and service. Her journey inspires others to embrace their own unique paths, to overcome adversity with grace, and to live with unwavering gratitude and purpose.

This crazy man went to the other house today to mow, for the last time, said 3 hours, but took 8 cuz heโs such a perfectionist, and wanted to leave the place in top condition
…..then drove all the way home over our house, n then still insisted on taking โme outโ for his birthday….I told him I knew he was tired n could rest but he insisted….heโs such a good man ๐
And my niece sneaked n called n took care of our bill ๐ thanks Sam
We had SUCH an eventful day yesterday and night! oh my goodness…..we tried to *kinda* celebrate his birthday yesterday, cuz w all this rain, we knew he’d have to go back to the Smyrna house today to mow (last final thing, and then no more driving to Smyrna several times a week anymore! and down to two houses! lol)
Anyway, so yesterday, I cooked lunch w our amazing meals from #HelloFresh and then we went to Smyrna for a couple hours to pack the last few things and clean….came back, and then I cooked dinner, and while cooking dinner I also cooked some egg bites for our fast breakfast when we need to leave earlier for some reason, or for snacking to have on hand….So I used the oven 3 times yesterday, then went to cook him homemade blueberry cheesecake from my blueberry trees he loves for his birthday…..
Well….my oven is gas……I know how to use one lol…but the things I made earlier, I put a tiny bit (not much, barely even enough to coat the bottom of my #pamperedchef stone cookie sheet w ridges on the edge, so nothing spills out, to roast like potatoes and asparagus etc….but I guess from the heat like splattering in the oven some got around it down to the bottom?
Anyway, so…..right before I put the blueberry cheesecake in, we had let the dog out, and a frog jumped in the house as soon as I opened the door! Tried to catch him to get him back outside, and he ran under the oven! ugh!!!
So I wait a bit to turn it on and watch, he don’t come out….smh
So its getting late so I finally turn on the oven to make the cheesecake…..smoke starts coming out the top of the oven, and I told Kevin this is weird, it has never done that before…..then I open the oven and I see MORE light (fire) coming from under that *plate* at the bottom than normal (and I only have it on 350), so I told him something is wrong, and I was like, is it the frog? lol ugh….well right then, opening the oven door, I guess got more air down there and flames go bigger fast…..he grabs the fire extinguisher and I get the oven turned off, and he sprays it. ugh!
I didn’t cook w much oil at all, but apparently I am going to get one of those trays for the bottom rack and clean and wipe down the oven after each use – be easier anyway so I don’t have to clean once every few months or whatever I guess, will help me to stay on top of it.
THEN…..we finally watch a movie (or try w satellite internet buffering smh) we go to bed….we wake up around 3am to #Trigger our 200 lb big #BullMastiff barking her head off, so he grabs flashlight and gun, and locks me in the bedroom and goes to check it out.
The FROG is sitting in the middle of the living room! Trigger is on her bed, looking at it and barking….. #Domino our black cat (that is also supposed to keep critters out) is laying sleeping on his spot! smh!
So Kevin once again tries to get the frog out the door, (I am hearing all this racket in the living room, not knowing what is going on cuz he told me stay there) apparently he told me later, he was swatting the frog w the broom trying to get it towards the back door, then he ran in my pantry under that door, then he got him out then in my laundry room, lol the whole time Trigger is still barking like ferociously at this frog, neither cat or dog trying to get it…..and Kevin trying to get it out! lol
Finally after about an hour, he comes back to bed and tells me the story……lol
