The Most Important Valentine’s Wish of All!

  • February is a great time to check in with yourself to ensure you receive the best self-love only you can give yourself.

     

    My wish for you is to make time for self-care and give yourself daily self-love!

     

    Start by asking yourself, am I giving to myself every day?

     

    Your ultimate goal should be daily love to your:

     

    1. Body
    2. Mind
    3. Spirit

     

    Look, it’s easy to get overwhelmed in the day-to-day juggling of:

     

    • Work
    • Relationships
    • Exercise
    • Family
    • Sleep

     

    And of course, balancing our emotional well-being that gets lost along the way.

     

    In essence, self-love is finding a “balanced living” by balancing all aspects of your life.

     

    “Life balance is a lifelong journey of commitment to achieving the most solid and authentic ‘VISION’ of oneself.”

     

    Here are some self-love tips and resources to find “life balance” to create the life you desire:

     

    • Give yourself permission to say “NO” to what doesn’t fit your life values.
    • Speak kindly with love towards yourself.
    • Get needed sleep to be energized and find daily clarity.
    • Find peace by accepting things you can not change.
    • Spend time alone, treat your mind to positive, daily personal development. 
    • Practice intentional gratitude throughout your day to train your brain to retain positivity.
    • Spend time with people who bring out your best qualities.
    • Create and send a card to yourself with your “I AM Statements” and read them aloud every morning.
