5 tips for starting the New Year off right in your Business

Laurie’ s Lessons 1-1-24 5 Tips To Start The New Year In Your Business right

  1. 1. Reignite and Refocus:
  • Reflect & Review: Take a moment to evaluate your past year’s performance. What worked well? What could be improved? Analyze your top sellers, most engaged leads, and successful marketing strategies. Identify areas for growth and set SMART goals for the new year.
  • Recommit & Reenergize: Reconnect with your “why” – what motivated you to start your network marketing journey? This passion will fuel your drive and focus as you tackle new challenges in the year ahead.
  1. Sharpen Your Tools:
  • Revamp Your Brand: Assess your website, social media presence, and marketing materials. Is your brand messaging still impactful and aligned with your goals? Consider freshening up your visuals, refining your value proposition, and ensuring everything reflects your professional and passionate approach.
  • Embrace New Technologies: Explore new tools and platforms that can streamline your business operations, enhance communication, and boost your marketing reach. Utilize automation systems, social media scheduling tools, or analytics platforms to work smarter, not harder.
  1. Strengthen Your Network:
  • Reactivate Relationships: Reconnect with past leads, team members, and customers who may have fallen off the radar. Show appreciation for their previous engagement and offer valuable updates or reintroduce your products/services.
  • Expand Your Reach: Step outside your comfort zone and actively network in new spaces. Attend industry events, join online communities, or collaborate with complementary businesses to attract fresh leads and potential partners.
  1. Prioritize Value and Education:
  • Become a Product Expert: Deepen your knowledge of your products or services. Attend company trainings, participate in webinars, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations. This expertise will empower you to confidently answer questions, address concerns, and showcase the true value you offer.
  • Focus on Education and Support: Don’t just sell, educate and empower your team and leads. Share valuable tips, product tutorials, success stories, and motivational resources. Building trust and fostering personal growth within your network will lead to stronger long-term relationships and loyalty.
  1. Celebrate and Adapt:
  • Recognize Milestones: Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Acknowledge your team’s successes and milestones to keep everyone motivated and engaged.
  • Embrace Continuous Improvement: Be open to learning and adapting. Monitor your progress, analyze results, and adjust your strategies as needed. Don’t be afraid to experiment with new approaches and embrace flexibility to navigate evolving market conditions.

Remember, success in network marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. By following these tips and staying committed to your goals, you can set yourself up for a thriving and rewarding year ahead.

5 tips for building your Network Marketing Business

Hey, everyone! Good evening. This is Laurie Delk Radecki. And I’m gonna talk to you tonight. This is what I call my Laurie’s lessons, and I’m gonna talk to you tonight about 5 tips for building in your network marketing business.

And so one thing I always say is, define your niche and your target market so like, before promoting your products or your service.
determine what niche – who you want to reach. Right? So like a lot of people say, Oh, I want to reach anybody that has skin, that I can put a patch on right, and you can do that literally. You can do that. But when you determine what niche you want to market to, because you like my friend Kari, she has a sister that has had amazing results with the patches. And of course she has, too.
But that’s one of her niches as she goes after people with the the in the niche of the same issues that her sister has.
and so she can still market to everybody else in the world, too. But that’s just one of her specific niches. So think about that of different people that you want to reach out to different people that you connect with, or different people, that you are. That you work with that, you network with
different groups, you’re in different hobbies. You have things like that where you can target. Do a target of certain people. This helps you to tailor your approach and helps your messaging to resonate with those specific audiences, and that makes your efforts more effective.
And another thing is to build and develop a strong personal brand. So people buy from those they know, like trust.
And remember. So everybody has said that for years of no like and trust. But I add, remember to that, because if they don’t remember you when it comes time for them to make a buying decision, or they need your product or your service.
Then it doesn’t matter right? They’re gonna go Google for somebody else. And whoever comes up
in the search engine, that’s who they’re gonna end up signing up with right? So you want to build your personal brand
online and offline. But through your authentic interactions, right? Because there’s lots of people that sell and do, or promote or do the same service, or anything of what you do.
So why should people buy from you? Right? People buy more you now. They might want your product, but they’re gonna buy into you like. Otherwise they could buy from any other rep in the same company right? So showcase your expertise, share your passion, and why you love it. That helps establish that trust. That also helps you to attract potential customers and even other collaborators.
And then you also wanna focus on creating value. And so if people don’t see the value, you know, they’re not gonna sign up right? So you want them to see the value, create the value instead of solely focusing just on your sales.

prioritize and provide valuable content, provide resources and support to your network. That’s why one of the reasons why I do these team trainings. That’s why we have private Facebook group for our team. I have a private email list for our team.
I text people on our team because I provide extra support that some other teams might not offer or in different ways right? So I always try to do these trainings every week, and then my sponsor has different trainings in his group, and so those together can help you
go and enroll faster and help you build.

and it also involves, you know, educational webinars. We do different hosting, different QA. Sessions we share informative, you know, blog posts, social media content you can use. That’s that’s compliant by consistently adding value. You build that trust and that loyalty which leads to organic growth.

And then you also want to leverage the power of social media. So in this day and age, if you’re not on social media like, they say you’re missing out. You need to leverage the power of social media. So you know a lot of people. Some people say, you know that they don’t wanna be on social media or whatever, and that’s your choice. But if you wanna build
and you don’t, you know, if you go out to networking all the time in person. Then that’s great. You can build that way. We have lots of people doing that way. You can go out to different events, and you can have boosts, and you can build that way, too. But you can also build on social media, and that’s so easy because you could do it in minutes a day, just by connecting with people and adding to people.

So we do lots of training on that and our team. But you wanna utilize the different social media platforms to connect with your target audiences. You want to share engaging content. And you want to build relationships with people. The same thing. You don’t wanna just post and spam and post and spam because people are gonna unfollow. You.

right? You want to build those relationships with people you want to connect with people. Then you can also, if you want, you can run targeted ads to pay for them. If you want to, you can participate in different relevant groups and discussions join groups where you have
different hobbies join where you have different likes, you know. Like I’m in some widows groups. I’m in some cops, wives groups those from long time ago. I’m in networking groups. I’m in homeschool mom groups because I homeschooled my kids.

So there’s lots of different groups that you can join. I’m in web and graphics, design and branding and marketing groups because I’ve done that for 30 years. So join different groups where you have different hobbies or habits, or likes, or things that you’d love to do

and utilize your social media stories for authentic and real time engagement, so like you’ll see on my pages if you follow me. On the social media. It’s
just the Lori Delk on all the different channels. You’ll see my name is listed as Laurie Delci since I got remarried a few years ago. But but the chain, the actual channels I didn’t change, and so but that’s it. You build those and you build those up, and then you
provide that valuable content and being authentic like. If you go to my page. I might post things about the business, but I’m also posting things about my grandkids, about my kids, about my dog, about my cat, about the house. You know all different kinds of things, things, places. We go out to dinner, you know. You want to
connect with people
with what you do, because people want to connect with you. Right? So it’s just like like having your coffee shop, you know, conversations, but online.
and then always be consistent and be persistent. So building a successful network marketing business requires time, effort, and consistent action like you can’t just plan to, you know. Say, oh, I’m gonna build this, and then expect to be, you know, making $5,000 a week, you know, in a week, right? Or in a month. Right? You have to. You know, some people might be able to do that much.
but that’s not normal, right? And so you can get there and you can get there very quickly. But you have to be patient. You have to be persistent, and you have to be committed to your long term goals. It doesn’t mean that you have to be aggravating to people, or scammy, or spammy, or pushy, but just, persistent, and consistent, and be patient and follow up.
track your progress, analyze what works, adapt your strategies to ensure that continuous growth and improvement.

and then also embrace technology, use the different various online tools and resources to automate your tasks, right, manage your network track, your progress. This frees up your time to focus on building relationships and engaging with your audiences. Right? So
I use lots of different things. You know. II use

I mean everything on the computer. You know. I use excel or numbers with Mac. To keep track of things and to chart things. I use an email list to keep in touch with my team as well as my customers and my prospects.
I use all the different social media channels. I use the send out cards to send out cards to my team, and as well as to my prospects to give them more information and give them different things and different tips on different ideas.
And I use like, I said, the social media channels. You can post on different ones. Some, you know, some like the Instagram versus Facebook versus Linkedin. And I’m not gonna go into that social media training because we’ve got some other trainings on that, but go into those different ones and check those out. You can find the different ones.
And find our other trainings also on my Youtube and in my Facebook group for my team, you can find those and look those up and watch those as well. So
thanks everyone for being on, and I hope these tips quick tips helped you, and I’ll see you next time. Thanks so much. Everyone have a good night.

Following up with prospects

  1. Be prompt and consistent. Follow up with prospects within 24 hours of their initial inquiry or meeting. Don’t let too much time lapse, or they may forget about you. And be consistent with your follow-ups. Don’t just reach out once and then disappear.
  2. Personalize your messages. Avoid using generic templates or mass emails. Take the time to personalize your messages to each prospect. Mention something specific about their interests or needs. This will show that you’re genuinely interested in them and not just trying to make a sale.
  3. Provide value. Don’t just bombard prospects with sales pitches. Offer them something valuable, such as free information, resources, or samples. This will help you build trust and rapport with them.
  4. Ask questions. Don’t just talk at prospects. Ask them questions about their goals, challenges, and needs. This will help you understand them better and tailor your follow-ups to their specific interests.
  5. Listen actively. Pay attention to what prospects are saying, both verbally and non-verbally. This will help you identify their pain points and address their concerns.
  6. Be patient. It takes time to build relationships and trust with prospects. Don’t get discouraged if they don’t say yes right away. Keep following up and providing value, and they will eventually come around.
  7. Use a variety of communication channels. Don’t just rely on email. Use a variety of communication channels, such as phone, text, social media, and video chat. This will help you stay top-of-mind with prospects.
  8. Follow up after presentations or events. If you give a presentation or attend an event, make sure to follow up with the people you met. This is a great way to solidify your connection with them.
  9. Use a CRM system. A CRM system can help you keep track of your contacts, interactions, and follow-ups. This will make it easier to stay organized and efficient.
  10. Don’t be afraid to ask for referrals. If you have a positive relationship with a prospect, don’t be afraid to ask them for referrals. This is a great way to expand your network and generate new leads

Marketing and Strategies that work

Laurie’s Lessons – Coaching & Training

Hey, everyone! This is Laurie Delk Radecki, and I am going to train tonight on marketing strategies, marketing and strategies
that is going to help you build your business

so it could work for you if you’re on my team. But it could work for you. If you’re in any business, it doesn’t matter whatever business you’re in. I’ve ran multiple different 6 and 7 figure businesses since 1993 online. And I’ve taught thousands of people how to do it. And I try to teach these every Monday night. So make sure you always tune in. Follow me on all social media @LaurieDelk.

And so I’m just gonna go over this with you. But so marketing, different kinds of marketing and different kinds of strategies that are gonna help you to build your business. So one of the biggest things that I hear all the time is, people only have one strategy. They’re only doing one thing. They only like Facebook, or they only like Tick, Tock, or they only like Instagram, or they only like Linkedin. It doesn’t matter what you’re on, but you want to have

have more than one strategy. You want to use more than one thing, and so have multi channels. As far as social media goes. Don’t focus on just one now. You can have one as your quote, main playground, where you get most your business, where you do most of your stuff. But you need to utilize the multi channels on the different things. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
because what happens if you put all your efforts in one place.

and then you get shut down for some crazy, stupid reason, you just never know. Right? So don’t use only one. I know personally, people that got all had all their stuff in one place, and they got shut down for some crazy reason.

now they’re trying to rebuild on other platforms. So don’t do that. Be in several places, plus because you want to be where your audience is right. And so, wherever your audience is, you want to be

so. You might have some audience in different places, but they’ll still follow you. Some people will follow you on everything that you do, and that’s great.

but some people will only follow you on one platform or another, so why not be on the different ones? You can also create it in one platform, and then recreate it on others as well. So like for me, you know this is my main platform, and so but I will record it, and then I will download it and upload it to other places. You can also edit it.

make different variations. You can create memes from your existing content that you’ve created. You can create a 15 to 30 min video like my trainings here usually are right at about 15 min.
and then you can create little shorts with them as well. You can create. Like I said, you can create memes from them.
You can share them in different places. You can re, listen to them and get different ideas and create different things for them.
and then post them to all your social media
via channels because you never know where someone is, gonna follow you or where someone is. Gonna see it, because a lot of times, you know, you’re on Facebook, and you might not see something. But then you might see something from me on Youtube, or you might see something from me here, something from me on Spotify, or you might see something from me on Tiktok, or on threads, or on Instagram Ray or on Linkedin. So you never know where you’re gonna see it or where it’s gonna come through on your feed.

So you always want to be on a different channel. So that way, when people have the chance to see you, they will see you and then ask people that you meet, or that message you.
or any new followers, ask them, where did you find me? Reach out to them? Welcome them. Thank you for following me. Where did you find me? Find out where people find you.
and then make sure that you’re putting the content there cause maybe they found you some way that you haven’t been posting to in a long time.

Right? So always find out where you’re getting the content at and from, and then also where you’re getting your followers from and where people saw you, because that also helps you to build rapport with those people and helps you to build that relationship with those people.
And as you build relationships with people, people are gonna follow you more, they’re gonna trust you more. They’re gonna know, like and trust you more. But they’re also gonna remember you more when they see you more often.

So think about things that you are passionate about. Talk about it, teach about it. Let your followers and prospects know what you stand for or care about.
One of the biggest things for me is marketing. I’ve done branding and marketing for over 30 years in my company.
and I’ve taught this. I’ve trained on this. I’ve done it for my own companies. So it’s one of the things that I’m passionate about, and I can talk about easily.
but also other things you care about, or that you stand for. So you know I’m a Christian. I talk about God and Jesus, and prayer and different things like that a lot.
Let people know what you stand for, what you care about, because a lot of times. They’ll stand with you if they believe in that also.
And then emails, a lot of people say, Oh, emails is dead. Well, let me tell you what, it’s not dead, and the amount of emails I get every day. I know other people don’t believe it’s dead, either, but there’s lots of people that yes, that they don’t read emails.
I have some people that I know that I have to text them. If I send them an email to tell them to watch their email or look at their email.

but not everybody’s like that. So create a list. Get your people’s information so that way you can follow up with them.
You can also then hire a copywriter if you want to help create you emails that will help you to connect with them. But you can also test it yourself. Do trials, see what works and what doesn’t work.
Maybe you hire a copywriter once or twice. If you have the income. Maybe you can hire someone often, but the thing is, you need to learn how to do it yourself, too, anyway. So

but the more you do it the better you’re gonna get.
But keep in touch with your followers, your prospects, your customers, your clients, your team, your contacts.
and many people might not read all your emails. but they might read it one day. so still send them. Don’t send that quit sending them because you think that people weren’t reading them. Because.
like with you, think about all the emails you get. Do you read every single one
like I have tons of emails that some I delete right away.
Some I put in folders because I don’t have time to read them, but I plan to read them one day, so they go in a folder now. Granted a lot of times. I don’t get to those folders for a long time, if at all.
but they’re ones that I want to read. and then sometimes something catches my attention
with the subject line, or the first or second word in the email, and then I read it right then. So you never know what’s gonna catch someone’s attention. And when they’re gonna read it.
so always send them, anyway.
just like on social media respond to all your comments, but don’t only post to get people’s likes, or loves, or comments. I tell people and counsel on this all the time
people say, Oh, I posted something about my business and nobody commented.
It doesn’t matter. Don’t worry about it, Post, anyway. Many people are watching you without interacting with you. I had a girl one time, and I have. I have. People tell me this all the time. But just one story is, I had a girl one time that
I went to high school with. I haven’t seen or talked to since. High school didn’t even know she followed me.
and one day she private messaged me and sent me a personal note and said, I’ve been watching you for the last 5 or 6 years, and I just wanted to let you know
that I was in church last week. Isn’t that amazing? Because of something that I said? And I just do try to do what the Lord tells me to do.
but that was so exciting to me that
made my day made my year. It made my decade right. And so
if someone influences you for great.

then let them know also message them. Let them know.
because I tell you what that that just made me feel so good.
But and that inspired me to continue doing what I do. I’m gonna continue doing it anyway. But that just really inspired me. So always let people know also, right? So like a lot of times. They say. You know.
people don’t say the nice things about you till your funeral, and we, my husband and I watched a movie the other night.
and in the movie the lady was getting ready to die, and so she had her her memorial service before she passed away.
because
she wanted everybody to come before then. So when they say the nice things at the funeral or the memorial service, she wanted to hear them
right. And so how cool is that I think I’m gonna do that one day if I know ahead of time. But
you know, tell people while you have the chance, tell the people while they’re here.
But anyways. And then automations like, figure out what you can automate many times, you can create so many different automations in different areas where, like sometimes in social media, you can have it. Where, if someone asks a certain question or says a certain word in a question when they message you. Then the system will automatically send them a note back
of whatever you’re saying.
So a lot of if you get the same question over and over and over. You can put keywords in there. So that way, it’ll reply automatically. Different things. You can also do this in your phone like for texting. If you start to type something, then your phone will automatically type the full thing. I have that for my email address. How many times do you Em.
put your email on your phone. Somebody asks you for your email or whatever I have it, where automatically, I just type 2 letters. I think it is 2 or 3 letters, and then it automatically sends it to them.
So and then live videos like this, more and more people will follow you.
and you will build more of an influence. If you post live videos, you can do your trainings. You can also record them, too. Like I’m recording this. I will put it on my other social media channels on Youtube. I’ll put it on my spotify channel, on my podcast I will put it on my tiktok. I’ll put it on my Linkedin. Some of those you know. You can’t put as long of videos. So. But it’s always the full video will be on my Youtube, it also be on my podcast.
but a lot of times. If you do live videos, people will pay attention more the more that you go. Live. So go live often.
and I probably don’t go live enough either. But you don’t have to record things and make them all perfect. Right? So like with us. Here we are building a house in Spring hills, so we are staying with my son, and so
we’re in a bedroom. I don’t want to interrupt the family and make them all be quiet. I’ll in the living room. So I’m in the bedroom in a corner and doing my video. Do it from wherever it doesn’t matter.
Just be raw and real and honest with people. That’s what people want. That’s what people want to see
and mentioned in your videos that you know, if you’re doing network marketing or building a business mentioned that you’re looking for business builders. You know, I am looking for people that want to join my team that I can coach and I can mentor. I’m looking for my next team members that want to get to 6 figure income from home or from wherever.
And so I’m doing that. So reach out to me if you’re looking for something.
But mention that in your videos, if you are looking also, because you never know who’s listening
and also reach out with your product. To other influencers. Many influencers with tons, thousands, even millions of followers reach out to them and ask them, what’s your pricing to do? A Tiktok or an Instagram post or a Facebook post? See what they say.
because many influencers are broke and they’re looking for money. I’ve had different ones. Ask me. and so just reach out and ask. Many will say.
you know, $25 100. Some will say you never know. But decide what your marketing budget is. Decide what you want to do. You can let them do your third post.
or if you’re a network marketing like me also, you can tell them that you can do this is an affiliate, and then all those sales that come in, those will go under you, and then you’ll make even more money off of them, over and over and over, and over. Which do you prefer.
and then sign them up as an affiliate under you.
and then also on social media. When any new feature or thing comes out. then use it
like the threads platform just came out. If you haven’t been there yet, it’s threads net or you can download in the app store threads. It’s just like Twitter, but it’s owned by Instagram and Facebook.
If something new comes out on Facebook or Instagram, use it, use those new tools, the post, the memes like the reels and the stories when they first came out. You always want to use the things that those platforms offer, because they like it. When you do that they like it. When you use the different things.
also use just audios. So podcasts, you can create one easily that you want to
have something. You know, talk about something that you’re passionate about, and then you can sprinkle your business in it. But people search podcasts all the time looking for good content to listen to.
So if you’re on, if you’re on the podcast and you do that search for mine at Lori, Delk, LAUR. IEDE. LK. Yes, my name is now Lori Delk Redecki. But to make it easy for branding and marketing everything is at Lori Delk. I have all my social media, everything is the same. So it just makes it consistent.
But then, the only way you know think about like a lot of people say, oh, but I’m not as good as you.
I mean, if you look at my those and things from 1020, 30 years ago, you would laugh
so the only way you get good is to practice and do it. So don’t worry that you won’t be good. Just do it, anyway.
Don’t worry about doing a retake and a retake and a retake. You know some of the people that do that they take. I talked to somebody that said that she does 100 pictures photos before she
picks one.
I don’t have time for that. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time for that. So you’re gonna get me the way you’re gonna get me. So but you’re gonna get better as you do it, more and more. So create content, provide value to other people.
and if you got value from me, please follow me on all the social media channels at Lori Dolk, like I said, like this, share it to your page, share it with a friend who needs to hear it. Give me a 5 star review on the podcast if you think that it was worthy, and but just do it right, just like Nike says, just do it, anyway. Okay, everybody have a great night. Thanks. So much for tuning in.

Be grateful and thankful for the awful things

Hey, everyone! This is Laurie Delk Radecki. And tonight I’m going to talk to you about. Don’t forget to thank God for the awful things the things that you think are not great, or that just flat out aren’t great.
So one of my big things, and I’m also going to tell you some tips on some self improvement, too, at the end. But anyway, so the main thing that I wanted to talk about was

my story. Last July in 2022,
I got super bad back

sciatic lower back hips, but leg, thigh pain
that was so bad, and it and it was weird how it came on like I just kept feeling weird on a Monday. and I wasn’t sure like, like I kept telling my husband I’m not sure what’s going on. But I just feel weird.
And then Tuesday.

driving to watch my grandson I the same thing. I kept feeling weird. I kept wondering like what is going on like, what is
what is happening. And then I got to my son and daughter-in-law’s house, and I was just like my back and my hip hurts, and can I

borrow the heating massage pad? So I put that on all day. The baby was 6 months. Luckily he was a good baby, and he just kinda laid there, and by the time my hunt my son, got home from massage school
I was in so much pain. and I just he knew II looked awful and

offered to drive me home. And I just I was like no cause. Then my car’s gonna be here, and then, you know, and you just got a school, and I don’t want you to have to drive 2 h, because it was an hour each way.
so I just tried to make it home, and that drive was awful.
and that ended up being a month that I was in bed crying almost every day, and

like, they say, level one to 10. I was saying it was like a level 50 and I was just like, I don’t see how people are actually alive and still in this much pain.

And so that was what I would count something pretty awful in my life. and but fast forward.
I was searching for something. I was praying for an answer. and I got the answer. And these little patches

and and it just
it was incredible. I put on these patches, and my pain went from a tent to a 2 instantly.
and the Liberty patch and our freedom patch for pain and the Liberty patch like puts your body into homeostasis, and the pain patch obviously helps with pain.
Then, like this is a defend patch which helps your immune system, and your blood cells and circulation and things like that. But anyway. the whole point of this is. that was an awful moment. and
so very thankful for this company, but then I had no intention of building another business. Starting another business from scratch, I was happily semi retired, still making a very good living with my coaching clients and my speaking engagements, and
some other clients, and my other business.
and I had no intention of starting another business from scratch. but literally. once
I felt so much better. My pain went from a 10 to a 2 instantly, and then within a week

to 2 weeks, the pain was completely gone. Now I wear them just for prevention, and to help my body get better and better. And
I just I felt like God was telling me there’s other people, you know. that have this issue.
that you could be helping. So why would you not tell them about it?

And I was like. hey? Cause I don’t wanna work another business. I don’t wanna start over again. And but
I listened to God, and so I joined the business. I started sharing it with people.

And now I have a few 100 people on my team and been promoted 5 times in less than a year, and one of the top leaders in the company, the number 3 recruiter in the entire company.
it was all because
of these patches. And the thing is. I didn’t have that major major pain, I would have never built business. Now I join all kinds of companies
as a customer, because I’m into health, and you know, and I support my friends that are in network marketing, and so I will join and buy products as a customer all the time in different companies.

But
if if I didn’t have such a major major pain.

there’s no way I would have jumped in to build this business. and that was
one thing that I’m very thankful and grateful for, because
I wouldn’t be back in my
training mode that I’m in, that I do feel like I excel in, and I love helping other people in.

but also I wouldn’t be.
I wouldn’t be making all this money that I’m making, and so I would just be. I might be a customer, but I wouldn’t be a distributor, and but because
my pain was so very intense.

and I got such
great results from this little patch. That’s drug free.
chemical-free, even supplement free. And it was instant
I didn’t have to wait 30, 60, 90 days. See how what kind of results you get whatever. Blah blah! Blah! It was instant. It helped me instantly.

and now I wear them to keep me better. And so that really quickly, that is where I wanna say, just
be thankful and grateful even for the awful things, because God might have a reason for turning it good for you.
If you’re with us. Thank you so much for tuning in. I’m just gonna tell you. And I’m gonna continue this next week. I’m just gonna tell you

a few tips for some self improvement.
So one
start. Now.
don’t say you’re gonna start tomorrow. You’re gonna start next week. Just go ahead and start now
and 2, focus on something like, figure out something and focus on it.

And, as you learn, be a mentor to other people, teach and train other people as you learn more. be accountable. Have someone that you can text that you can talk to, that. You can email whatever it is
and be accountable to each other.

and then be intentional, like when you’re working your business, be intentional on your business. If you’re talking to people.

talk to them intentionally. make it a point to do what you’re gonna do and you’re gonna set out to do.
Then always remember, no matter what love yourself

keep your promises.
Be ethical.
look out for support. Look out like none of us have arrived right. We can always learn something. So look for that support for you, and learn all the time.
and even while you’re doing your business.
remember to always disconnect, sometimes. like this weekend, my husband, I ran away to Atlanta for the weekend. I still did some business while I was there, but for the most part
I disconnected to be able to spend time with him.
And then the last thing I’m gonna leave you with for tonight is to embrace challenges so different challenges that come your way, embrace them and work with them and get better through them.

Hope this helped you, and let me know what other training things that you want me to train on, and I will see you next week. Thanks, everyone.
