Your business is like a deck of cards

Okay, hey, everyone. This is Laurie Delk Radecki. And I’m gonna talk to you and train tonight on
how your business relates to a deck of cards.
and so it can be for a network marketing business. It can be for the business that I’m in But it could be for any network marketing business. It could even be for any traditional business, too, because it’s just relating to basically like a numbers game.
So a deck of cards has 52 cards in it, you know, and so
most games when you’re playing them. No other card has a higher ranking than the ace. Right? And it’s hard to be a hand of aces, especially, you know, all 4 aces in most card games.
So what would your team or your clients, or your customers, or whatever. What would it look like if it was filled with aces? And you had just all kinds of aces
in your group or on your team.
So network marketing is a numbers game when it comes to inviting people to take a look. And the same thing like I said, that’s the same, no matter what kind of company you’re in, whether it’s mortgage broker, insurance agent, whatever right so to personally sponsor people into your business, or to sign up people as customers or clients, you must consistently be
prospecting as well as inviting.

And so when it comes to sponsoring and building, especially a big team, you need to understand that prospecting.
and the
the way to understand prospecting, I think, is an easy way is this deck of cards. So there’s usually 52 cards in a deck right? There’s 4 aces.
There’s
12 face cards. There’s Jack, there’s

queens. there’s kings. there’s the two’s 345-67-8910, and we can’t forget the jokers. Right?

You always have a few of those in there. So

what does that mean for your business? Well, first of all
prospecting is about finding people to talk to about your business, but you have to remember not everybody is a prospect so like the old school. Talking training was like, you know, talk to everybody within 3 feet from you.

I personally disagree with that. But you could do whatever you want with that. But the thing is, you have to figure out who you want to talk to, but then you still do need to talk to people.

And so. with all your deck of cards out of 54 invites.
You want to ask people to take a look right? So look at your opportunity. Look at your product, look at your service. You’re gonna have some people that are going to be to. You’re gonna have some people that are going to be 3.

You’ll have some that will be 4, you know. You’ll have some that are 5, 6, 7, etc.
Some will be 8, some 10, some Jack’s Queen’s kings, and then you’re gonna come across 4 aces right? So. And also, you know, sometimes on occasion, you might misjudge someone. And like I said, you might invite a couple of jokers, you know. It happens to us all. We get people on our team or customers or clients that you know

some people. You just can’t please them right.
But the thing is, you want to always be talking to people, and you want to invite people to take a look.
It’s not your success is that you invited someone to take a look. Not your success isn’t that they signed up with you, whether it’s to be a customer or distributor, or whatever it’s to take a look.
So that’s the thing. So you want to keep asking people to come, take a look to get at least 54, and when you get at least 54 you’re probably gonna have one of every one of these cards in the deck.
right? So in there somewhere is going to be 4 aces right in there somewhere. You’re going to have your 4 to’s
some you think that you know there are a prospect, they might say. No, it might even be a little bit rude about it, or whatever you know. So that’s kind of your twos right? But you’re gonna get those right. So

take it. And just, you know, okay, I keep flipping the cards over.

And eventually the more I flip

the more I’m going to get closer to one of those aces right?

So some won’t return your calls or won’t return your messages. So those are your threes and your force right? And so think about that, like

how many people you know they ghost you on the text, or on your messenger, or whatever right you still just keep talking to people doesn’t matter. Keep flipping your cards. Keep going through your deck, because eventually you’re gonna hit those aces.

So don’t stop until you’ve talked to at least for 54 people. That’s one of the things I tell people when they tell me that they get discouraged, or whatever about talking to people. Have you talked to 54 yet.

if you haven’t talked to 54 yet, you haven’t turned over all the cards in your deck, so you need to at least do that.
So the list goes on. There’s many scenarios, you know. There’s the 5, the 6, the sevens, the 8, the 9, the tens, the Jacks, the queens, the kings. Some even get excited, you know. They’re just gonna join you any day and then
cool. They’re gone. They’re not talking to you anymore, right? They keep saying that they’re gonna sign up. But you know, it’s been 6 months now, and literally every week you talk to them, and they still say that they’re gonna sign up next week.
And so, you know, and the same thing, the jokers, you know, you can’t find the jokers.

But on the industry averages. They say, you know, it takes 25 conversations to find 14 people that need your product or opportunity or service. So that’s 14 invites that you make asking someone to take a look right. But that’s 25 conversations to get to those 14 invites.
Then out of those 14 invites with practice and over time, you know, you stay consistent
on average, you’ll have 3, maybe watch video. listen, or attend a presentation online or in person. And out of those 3
one will join you in the business, and that’s your ace of signing up people right? So out of 54 invitations, you’re gonna have 4 aces. So that means you’re gonna sign up for people.
So that’s just for the presentation part, then we can relate that exact same scenario

to sponsoring. So but with that, so if you want to talk to 50, if you want to get 4 people to sign up, talk to 54 people, and you should have 4 out of 54 minimum. And the more talk people you talk to, the better your sign up rates are going to get the better you’re going to get. And so then that number is going to go up on your next 54. Maybe you’ll get 8.

So you want to keep talking to people, and how how quick you want to go just depends on you. If you take 5 years to talk to 54 people, you’re gonna get one person a year. If you take, you know, one year to talk to 54 people. You’re gonna get 4 people in a year
if you take a month to talk to 54 people that’s pretty much like 2 people a day. Right? So you’re going to get 4 people a month.
So however, you want to do it, that’s how you can work it for you. So then think about, especially if you are in network marketing, sponsoring, right getting people on your team joining your team. So the same thing. You’re gonna just talk to people. And you’re just gonna flip over cards each time you talk to someone, it’s just flipping a card. And if you think about it that way? Then
you don’t have to think about. Oh, man, they didn’t sign up with me. Right? You just. You just don’t worry about it. You just talk to them. Talk to the next person, talk to the next person, talk to the next person if they sign up with you. Great if they don’t sign up with you.

you know. Bid them farewell. Still, be friends with them, still, build a relationship with them, because you never know when things are going to change, and they may come back and sign up with you anyway. But you just keep flipping your cards
so, following the same exact formula like we talked about before you’re gonna have, say, out of 54 invites, have someone take a look at your opportunity or your products the same thing. Some will be 2, some 3, some 4, 5, 6, 7, you know. 8, 9, 10. Your face cards.
some are going to think that you know they’re going to say, no, you’re gonna get the
get the angry person that’s going to be your 2 right. But you want to keep talking to them, and you want to keep signing them up, so say they sign up.
but then
they don’t do anything right. The same thing. Those are your twos.
They’re just kind of sitting there. Maybe they order once every 6 months, right? They signed up basically to get the discount. They’re your glorified customers right?
So you’re gonna get those people, too. So don’t worry about it. Keep flipping your cards, talk to someone else, flip that card, talk to someone else, find another card, flip it, and you know the next one, it’s going to be a 6.
They’re not going to do much, but they’re going to order every single month right? And then you keep flipping the card some more, and then you’re gonna get a 9. They’re gonna sign up, you know, a couple of people here and there.
and then you’re gonna get a jack.
and they’re going to sign up even more people right?
And then pretty soon you’re gonna get to an ace, right? And so
those are the people that are gonna see the big picture. They’re gonna work consistently. They’re gonna build a big business for you. and can make you a millionaire, and you can
make a lot of money if you just keep talking to people, and you just keep flipping those cards, talking to more people, signing them up, letting them do what they want to do. You know you can’t like. They say you can lead the horse to water, but you can’t make them drink right.
some will sign up a couple of friends and family.
maybe get a few customers, you know. Some will
sign up people and sponsor people off and on. Some will build a balanced business. They’ll give, get even more customers and distributors. And like, I said, then you’re gonna get your aces, and your aces are going to be the whole reason you stay in this business. So just
don’t ever become discouraged. That’s the biggest thing. Don’t become discouraged. Just keep talking to people. Just keep flipping over those cars. And just think about that. Out of every 54 people you talk to.
You’re gonna have some of these different ones that we talked about.
and the same thing out of the ones that you sign up.
Every person you sign up on your team is going to be one of these cards.
So if you want to have more aces on your team, sign up more people
right? Because if you sign up and have 54 players on your team, you’re probably gonna have 4 aces somewhere in there. So just say, studious. Keep talking like they say it’s the law of averages. You can’t change that. So just keep talking to people. Just keep building and let me know how it goes for you.

Get 3 who get 3 for major success, and why autoship

Hey, everyone, this is Laurie I’m gonna talk to you a little bit tonight. about just sharing it with a couple of people
not going crazy, although you could always do that. And the more you shared, of course, the better you’re gonna get and the more money you’re gonna make and the bigger team’s gonna grow. But if everybody just shared it with 3 people, remember if you’re my age, then, you know, like the old shampoo commercial of
2, and they got 2, and they got 2, and they got 2 right. We’re gonna kind of do that. But with 3.
So you but you remember how that went. And so if you just think about that just multiplying. But also think about the smart ship, how important it is for you to have your smart ship turned on.
So what I highly recommend is that you have your smart ship set for 2 different patches. and you have it set for the first of every month.
so that’s gonna be $90 a month, one that makes you active and makes you qualified at the very beginning of the month every month. You don’t have to worry. You’re already qualified for commissions.
so, especially if you have a new one under you, or if you’ve referred any customers, or you’re going to refer any customers you want to make sure that you’re qualified. So that way you are qualified to get the commissions, but also because if you’re trying to sell it, then you should be using the product, too, right?
And you could just buy them, you know, as you need them.
But the thing is, if you are on auto ship for 2 packs of patches, and then, if you refer 3 reps who are on auto ship for 2 packs of patches. Then you will get 2 packs of patches in the mail the following month.
totally free.
So that’s like $90 free. So one huge thing I always say is, don’t leave money on the table. Right. Don’t let the company keep those patches. Don’t let the company keep that money. You want to get the money, and you want to keep it so.
And same thing like some people have told me. Well, I don’t have any referrals yet, or I only have one, or I only have 2. So what you want your people to do it
before they get their 3 right. So that way you get your free patches. So then you should do it. So your sponsor will get their free patches right, and then, you know, once a month, or every couple of months. Then you could place a big order with a bunch of different things to save on shipping, or whatever. And you know if you want different patches or whatever.
but always have 2 on auto ship, and you can always log in and up to 3 days before your auto ship sends you can log in, and you can either fly out, cancel it if you wanted to. You could also hit edit, and you could change out the patches. So
if you realize that you want or you need, you know, some different ones. You need more this month because you ran out, or you’re getting close to running out, then you can change it. But you should always at least have a liberty, because if you’re sharing the patches with people. Then
you’re gonna be using them right? So you should be running out of that. You need to be using it for yourself. But then you also need to have some on hand to share it with other people. So and to show them how the technology works so and do those like the balance test some people
so you could always have that one, and then you could have one other one, and then just and change them out each month. If you want I leave mine on one liberty and one victory, and I just have those come every month, and then, usually at least once a month, sometimes every other month I’ll place a big, you know, 4, 600, or more order, and get all the different things that I need in all in one shipment.
but I always leave that auto ship on because you want everybody to do what you do right. And it’s nice. You get an extra 2 packs of patches every month. So every month they will email me. And they’ll say, What 2 packs of patches do you want?
And I can look at my inventory and see what I’m low on or what I need the most of, and I can tell them that I want those 2, and I get them totally free. So that’s like a extra, almost a hundred dollars free. Right? So you definitely want to do that every single month.
And so the next thing I’m going to show you is a chart. Somebody else made this chart, but I just wanted to go over it with you and show you the possibilities, and that’s if you only referred 3 people, and if each one of you
only had 3 patches on auto ship, right? So the smart ship preferred is at least 2. But this is we’re just gonna do it in numbers of 3. Refer 3 people and have
3 patches on smart ships. I’m gonna show you my screen. hold on 1 s here.
Okay, so I hope you all can see that.
And so what this says it says, franchise mindset smartship, presentation, group volume, growth, 10 months, 10 levels, perfect duplication. So like, they always say it’s never going to happen in this perfect, exact format. It’s never going to happen exactly like
this. But this is just an example to show you the possibilities
so like here it says you join as an associate, or you can call it like a franchise owner for $50, plus one of the optional launch kits. So anywhere from 2, 25 to 600. So whichever launch Kit you want to get, and then you commit to a to a $90, which is displayed as 120 retail because we get 25 off
and your back office smart ship monthly for one year. So you want to commit to that for at least one year, but so that is, that’s 2 packages, right? So that’s 2 packs of patches, $45 each, which is the retail 1 20. So over here it shows your smart ship fixed overhead is 1 20 that’s cheaper than any franchise out there. Right?
And so then, in your first 30 days you want to sell 3 franchises. So basically, you want to recruit 3 people, and you want them to also have their 2 packs of patches on auto ship. So the $90 smart ship each 3 times 120 is 360.
So you’re gonna have 360 of group qualifying volume right here on your first level.
and next month you’re going to get 2 free patches, so that you know that 90
$90 wholesale, 120 retail free to you the following month 2 extra patches totally free to you. Now the next thing is, you want each of them to do the same thing.
so them each get 3. And so then that ends up being 9 people right on your next row.
And and so you’re 2 levels deep. You have a team of 12, so the 12 times 120 is the retail amount. Smart ship is $1,440. So then you have $1,440 of group volume.
And now your 3 personal people are getting their free to pack a smart ship also as well as you.
And then, so then the next plan is you Re, those 3 people refer 3 people. So that is gonna make you 3 levels deep.
And so you’re gonna have 39 people on your team times. 120 retail smart ship is $4,680 total group volume.
So everybody’s gonna be getting their 2 free packs of patches every month.
and your team is getting bigger right? And it’s just 3 who gets 3 who gets 3 who gets 3.
And so, like I said, It’s the. This is the perfect world scenario. So it’s never going to play out exactly like this. Some people are going to buy more. Some people are going to buy less. Some people are going to refer less, but this is just an example of how it could be. And if that’s it, if you only referred 3 people and so and that one of the biggest things, too, is, if you truly believe
that these patches are helping you.
then you probably believe that there’s people out there that you know that they could help them. And so if you truly believe that. Then you’re giving a disservice to those people because you’re not telling them about it. Right? So
a lot of people say, well, I don’t know how to sell, or I don’t know how to talk to people or whatever you share them. Your story and you can also read in the testimonial group the instant results, testimonials group
and go in there. I tell people read one to 3 testimonials a day. That’s it. So it’s not a lot of time. And then those stories get in your head, though. So then, when you’re talking to other people, you’re gonna have those stories in your head
that you can share with other people. I always try to read one to 3 testimonials a day, and then I share one to 2 to my wall on social media every day. And so if you do that too, then it’s gonna get people to ask you about it. But you just want to share it with people that you know, friends, family
people that you meet people that you see, but also just like I said, the biggest thing for me
is, if you truly believe it can help someone. Then, if you’re not sharing it with them. then what kind of friend are you right
like? If the person you know Steve shared it with me
when I was crying in the bed. Almost every day I had been laying in bed with the sciatic and my back in my hip, hurting so bad and literally leveled. They say, level one to 10. I was like, it’s a it’s a 50,
and if Steve didn’t share it with me, where would I be today? Right? I mean, I was in bed almost a month.
I had to quit watching my grand baby for a while. They were talking about putting him in daycare.
and thankfully, we’ve got that all fixed now, and but that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it with other people. Because that’s it. I saw the results that it helped me with. So I want to help other people, and I don’t want them to have to deal
with the pains that I had, or even other issues that I’ve seen. It helps so many other people in so many different ways. And so we’re going to go back to this now.
so I think we’re on the third level. So and it just keeps going straight down. Right? So then those 3 people get 3 people, and if everybody commits like it says up here for the smart ship monthly for one year, there’s no commitment like as far as requirement in the back office or anything like that. We’re just saying like, if you commit to it, you know, if you’re gonna
you know, like, when you buy a like a Mcdonald’s, or a Chick-fil-a, or whatever franchise they get a commitment from you that you’re going to continue the business. You’re going to work it, and you’re going to pay all this tons of money upfront just for the name
of being a quote distributor for that company. Then you got to pay for the building, and you got to pay for the supplies, and you got to pay for all that staff and employees, and you’re not. They say, most franchise. The owners don’t see even a dollar of profit for at least 5 to 10 years, and here
you could get in with the minimum 50,

and then you do the $90 and smart ship.
and you could be making a lot more money right? And so if you look at the Comp plan, too. So I’m just going to go down this rule
where?
so the at the next level, your 5 levels team of 363, you’re got $43,000 worth of volume.
and then 3 more people get 3, and so that your team of 1092, 6 levels deep, 131,000 volume, and then team of 32, 79, 7 levels deep
and total group volume of 393,000. So once again, this is just an example. And so, you know, some people are going to refer more, some people
for less.
Some people are gonna buy more. Some people. I body patches a day every single day. So you know, some people are gonna do more. Some people are gonna do less. And then I’m just gonna show you the
compensation plan real quick, and
I’m gonna go over that more in detail later. or my, where to go.
I don’t know if you can see that. Maybe I’ll stop it again. And I’m gonna do it more time. Sorry guys. Let me

see if it shows again. Okay, I think you’re seeing it hopefully you are.
And so so this is our compensation plan. At a glance you can go on the back office. You can download this. I highly recommend you download it. You put it on your phone. I keep it where I can share it with people quickly, but I can also refer to it often.
but you can get the full compensation plan with all the details. you can download that in your back office as well if you want to read that, but this is just the really quick one. So you earn the hat trick bonus. If you come in with the $50 plus one of the kits. It doesn’t matter which one but any one of them.
And you refer 3 associates within 30 days. They also get a kit. You’re not only going to get the regular commissions. But you’re going to get a $200 bonus.
And if those 3 people refer 3 people who get a Kit, and they’re 30 days which would be in your for 60 days. You’ll get a $400 bonus, and so this is where most of you, if you’ve joined. I’ve talked to you. I’ve told you. You know most people try to get this in a day
or a week at the most right, but if you do it within 30 days, then you get those bonuses. But don’t wait the 30 days right. Don’t wait to the last minute and be pushing it and stressing over. If you’re going to make it or not, or if your people are going to make it or not get it done early, get it done right away. If the patches are really helping you share it with people that it can really help them quicker.
Okay? And then here
is you come in as an associate. So this is the beginning, right? And so you get 25% commission on any customers and 10% on any reps on your first level.
And so then here. And I’m not gonna go over all this. And I’m just gonna go through it really quickly. You could read all the different things also. But so then your next first step is to get 2 personally enrolled associates, and a total of $540 in volume.
and that’s gonna open up level 2 for you. So then you’re gonna get paid 10% on level one and 10% on level 2,
then your next plan is team leader. So team leader means you’ve got 2 Qas. So that means you referred to people. And they got in 2 people, or you could also place those people. So if you reverse 6 people, then you could place those people under the other people
and help those 2 people get to Qa. So that’s totally up to you, if you can do it if you want to do it. You know. we don’t ever want to just do the work for someone. We want them to work also.
But if it’s gonna help you get to the next level, then you can go ahead and place them. You have 30 days from the time they sign up to place them. It’s called strategic placement.
and if you have questions about that, you can ask me or ask your sponsor about that. But so here you have to have $3,000 with a group volume. And so that’s gonna increase your level one from 10% to 15%.
But then it’s also gonna open up level 3, so you’ll get 10%, a level 2, 3, a level 3. If you do this within 3 months, it’s a $500 bonus. So the same thing don’t wait the 3 months, though. Do it right away. There’s people that made team leader in a day. And
there’s people that made team leader in a week. There’s people that made team leader in a month. It’s just 6 people on your team. So
the faster you go, the more commissions you’re going to make, the faster you’re going to make commissions, and you can get these bonuses. So the same thing like I always say, don’t leave money on the table. Don’t let Jay keep that money right. You want to get that money, so try to hit these bonuses and do them early, because then, if you.
if you struggle on getting promoted for one of the other ones, then you still have more time for it. If you did the the earlier ones earlier. Right?
So, director, the same thing. Here you get 2 team leaders. So that could literally be 14 people, because it’s 6 to become a team later. Then you get 2 team leaders. So those 2 have 6 underneath each one of them. So a total of 14 people.
11,000 and volume do it. Within 5 months you get a thousand dollar bonus and you unlock another level. You get 4 on the Fourth Level, and so you can just see this going through the different amounts. How to improve your marketing

hey, everyone. This is Laurie Delk Radecki And I am gonna talk to you tonight about how to get better at marketing.

So my first tip is just simply to smile more
Nobody likes a frowning face. Right, everybody. If you smile a lot, then people are more attracted to you so
check your face. You know one thing. I’m I’m still at my my son’s house, and so I’m in third kitchen tonight. But But at home. When I have my desk set up, I have a little mirror on my desk, and and it’s just
it’s small and a lot of times I don’t even look in it, but it’s there for the reminder of check myself, and to see what I look like to make sure that even if you’re not on a zoom, even if you’re not on a video conference call. If you’re talking to someone on the phone.
they can feel if you’re smiling or not. So just remember that’s one of the biggest things is smile more.
And then on that same note, though, is always positivity like no one likes the negative, Nellie, or the complaining Cornella.
Everybody likes positive people right? So think positive. Think in a way
that you can change whatever thought that you got negative and switch it to a positive. So usually, there’s a way that you can do that, or you can just push that thought out of your mind and think of something else that’s positive.
But the more that you look for the positive in your life. the more that you will see the positive every day, and you’ll find it more.
And another thing is just like, develop your personality like work on your personality, work on.
You’re talking back to other people so you can work on your communication skills. You can learn about the different personality types. Figure out what yours is, but learn how to talk to other people also, as you could see. I’m maybe sitting tonight, too.
but and re-evaluate your business every day and see what activities work. Well.
think about what has worked well for you, and what hasn’t like, what has worked great, or what didn’t work.
or what can you do better.
or what worked for you before. But then you stopped.
For whatever reason, right? A lot of times, something is working great, and for whatever reason we stop doing that right
and so, or think about. What have you not tried yet? What is working for somebody else that you’ve heard? But you’ve been too chicken to try it.
Why not try it.
But reevaluate your business and what you’re doing all the time, so you can achieve the best results possible.
And one thing to remember is, you know water is super super super duper. Hot it to 11,
but it boils at 212. Right?
So think about what you’ve been doing, and your life and your business that you can do just that one more degree.
just that one more little thing
right? So you might be doing a lot of things, or you might think I can’t. I just can’t put anything else in my schedule.
And that’s okay. But what’s one thing that you could do
that maybe doesn’t take very much time at all. So think of those different things. Maybe it’s an a one extra post a day on social media. Right? That’s just one little thing.
And so another thing on marketing to get better at marketing is.
know what each of our products do and what they are for. So I’ve sent out little like cheat sheets, I call them, what each patch does and what they’re for, and keep them on your phone. Put an album in your phone and call it the super Patches, and put any pictures that are related to that in that folder. So that way you have quick access to them.
read in our testimonial group
at least 2 to 3 testimonies a day, the same thing. That’s only going to take you about 5 min, but as you read them.
then those words get in your head. And so that’s gonna help you to memorize them and get those stories in your head about what each thing does and how it does it.
and then post a testimonial to your wall every day.
and so do at least one like. That’s what I do. I read 3 to 5 a day.
and then I post at least one a day. Sometimes I post more. It just depends on what other things I’m posting also, or how busy our day is. But the same thing. I always try to at least post one.
also go on all your different social media channels, and
think of your personal testimonial like, why are you doing this? Why are you wearing the patches? Why are you doing it, and give your personal testimonial. Do a live on that.
and don’t worry about if you’re not good, or
what people comment, or if they don’t comment or whatever do it, anyway, because you never know who is watching. I get comments all the time from people that tell me
that they’ve been watching me that they’ve been reading, and I had literally had no idea, never noticed that they liked or loved or commented.
They weren’t doing any of those things, but yet they were watching my posts, or they were watching my lives, or they were watching my stories. So you never know who’s watching, even if you don’t
think that there’s anybody watching, so do them, anyway.
and the more you share. the more you are going to attract people to you, the more especially you’re going to attract people to you that are that are like you. Maybe they have the same testimonial. I signed up several people
that had the issues with the sciatic, because that’s what I had, and that’s the testimonial that I gave
so share with people. What a difference it has made in your life, and if you do that, you’re gonna get more people attracted to you.

What Separates You From Others

Hey, hey, everyone! Good evening. This is Laurie Delk Radecki, and I’m going to talk to you tonight about what separates you from others like.
how is it at when you’re working your business like? Are you going for it? Do you have like a lot of hustle? Do you have motivation?
And then also, do you have heart? Do you have love? Do you connect with people?
So? You know women are very emotional creatures, and many times people say
you need to hustle, you need to move to get to the things that you want. and although I totally agree with that. I also
say that you need to remember to put your heart into it like what is the best thing for them like? Not you like not. What do you need to get to your next promotion. You always want to know that, and you always want to be looking at that.
But as far as helping someone else to figure out what they should get.
You need to look at what’s in it best for them. What products do they need, or what service do they need? That’s gonna fit them best.
And what does your intuition tell you right like? Think about that like a lot of times. You know, we have that still, small voice in the back of our head.
and it tells us things right. And so a lot of times that comes from your heart also, and you want to stick with that? Not just, you know, the same thing. What do you need to get
to the next thing that you want to get? And so how do you want to help them?
You want to help them by selling from your heart, so to speak. you should still hustle. You should still push every day, you should still try to move fast.
you should push forward, but think about it at the same time.
How can I help this person? How can I serve this person
right? Pull that from your heart. So good things come to people
who work hard and who work fast and who hustle.
but also have heart, and truly want to help others from their heart. And so, you know, you want somebody that that loves you and cares for you, and wants
your best for you. And so that’s what you need to show to your people, too. And so for you go back to your why
think about like, why are you doing this business? You have to have that heart, and you have to have that passion. And so you also do have to have the hustle and the push forward and to move.
But you have to take care of yourself. If you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t help other people right like they say in the airlines, you know. Put on the mask for yourself before you try to help someone else.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
So go back to your why like what is your why, and then write that down, and then ask yourself why of that paragraph. and then ask yourself why of that previous paragraph, and ask yourself why of that previous paragraph? Find, like your core reasons of why you’re doing this business
and ask your people that, too, and get to know your people.
and that way you end up caring for them. You end up loving them enough to help them to get to their next level of what they want.
And you know you, you want to help your people excel. You don’t want to do it for them, but you want to help them excel. See what they need to get to that next level to
push them forward to motivate them and to help them, maybe think outside the box.
Different people, you know. That’s why people hire coaches all the time, because a lot of times someone
on the outside that’s not so involved can see a little bit more. And that’s what you can do for your team, too, and for your customers, your team members.
But talk to them, find out what they want, find out what is their why.
figure out how you can help them.
but get to know them, get to know your people. When you put your love in your care and your heart into your team, they’re gonna be there for you, and they’re gonna help you when you need it to like.
You need to buy some more products. Have more volume on your team for you to get that next promotion right? Your team is going to be there for you to help you out if they can. Obviously right. But
but when they feel that love and that care, and you’re using your heart to help them.
It makes a huge difference, and people stay with you and so make sure to get to know your people. Make sure to get to know your leaders, make sure to get to know
everybody of what they want and why they’re in the business. And
the same thing. Figure out how you can help each other, get to the levels, into the to the different parts in the company that you want to get to. And
that way you excel together, and you grow together, and you build together.
and when people feel your heart
they’re going to stay by you, they’re not going to leave
to go chase another rainbow somewhere else. Right? They’re gonna especially, of course, if you have good product or good service, or whatever. Right then then they’re gonna stay with you, and they’re gonna stick with you also. And so you want to make sure to remember that. And still, like, I said, still build fast, still talk to more people. The more you talk to people, the more faster you’re going to grow right, the more knows you’re going to get, but also the more yeses you’re going to get.
But as you get to know your people and you grow your people together with you.
then, like, they say together, everyone achieves more. Right? You’re all going to achieve more, and you’re all going to get better. So make sure to use your heart
